Review 2：I have stayed in many Mendocino B&B's over the years. This lovely and welcoming place is surely a cut above. On a rainy weekend, I valued the personal warmth, the interesting and helpful conversation with the innkeepers, and the delicious gourmet breakfasts. I will return and recommend to friends.
Review 3：The only bad thing is the bathroom was super cold which made using the toilet more than a little uncomfortable.

Review 9：Our bed creaked a lot every time I rolled over, so it was difficult to sleep. Also noise from Hwy 1 was right outside our window (might help to add trees or fencing to muffle noise). Wish there was a little more variety at breakfast.
Review 10：Charming old place that takes you back in time. Was really nice to relax in a place without televisions and computers. Owners are very friendly and take pride in their establishment. Nice to stay somewhere where you get personal attention but a good deal of privacy.

Review 20：The owners, Jeff and Lindsay, were fantastic and made our stay very comfortable. We were only there for one night but loved the city of Mendocino and the location of the Joshua Grindle Inn. It is a very charming property and the accommodations were fantastic. This is definitely the kind of experience you want at an inn like this. You will not be disappointed by reserving this property. My wife and I both really enjoyed the breakfast which was prepared the next morning too. All in all, a very pleasant stay and one which I would recommend. Give yourself some time in Mendocino and if you do, I think you will be very pleased with a stay here.
