Review 1：Away from City Center (30-40min). Not in an area serviced by U-Bahn, only by WLB or bus at a 10min walk. Carpet wasn't very clean & a towel had a stain. Needs more attention in cleaning. 1st floor room windows are accessible by the golf course.

Review 30：There were 2 bottles of water in the fridge and we took that as a "welcome" sign. When we left they told us that we had to pay anything we took from the fridge. They should tell that in the first place to all customers.

Review 31：The hotel is great! We had a big room with comfy beds and good facilities. Everything worked perfectly! It is a great advantage that the hotel has its own private parking with lots of places right in front and with NO extra payment. The staff was great, they helped us with a map of the city, which was of great use. The train station is 10 minutes away, but there is no ticket point there. The U Bahn station is 10-15 minutes away and the public transportation works excellent, the U Bahns come from 5 to 5 minutes!

Review 32：The hotel is located in a quiet area, 500 m from the local train that land you in the centre of Wien in 15 min (can buy the 72 hours card from Reception). The rooms are large , comfortable and warm; the personnel is very helpful and kind. Breakfast is generous and diversified. You can leave the car for free in the parking area.

But this time it was so different starting with receving the keys from one old appartment on the 5th floor, changing the key for another appartment where I've found a very dirty chair with food for young babies inside...the breakfast poor this time...My opinion is that they have to improve a little bit the cleaning services, to renovate the rooms from all the floors...and the breakfast should have more than 3 sausages or 4 croissants...

So I had to take a lift to the 2nd floor, then walk a long hallway, take another lift and go to the first floor and then walk. I had lot of baggage and a kid and no one in the hotel helped me. Review 120：The most we dislike is that the hotel is located more than 5 minutes from any bus stop or railway station(Baden line). We took bus 2-3 station till Am Schopfwerk station and from there the metro.(U6,U-Bahn). If you want to go in the city with your car, look for to park your car in P+R (Park & Ride) with 3,4 eur/day.

Review 121：The most i like that they provide free parking with surveillance. Our room was clean and comfortable. We haven't spent much time in the hotel, so we can not tell you about the food or staff. All I can say about them is that they are careful. I noticed that they changed the toilet paper when we were in town.

Review 126：The service was not up to the expectations of a hotel with this rating in a class act city like Vienna. The lack of caring on part of the staff was surprising to say the least. 1). They claim to have wifi in the hotel. Not only was there none in my room, I couldn’t get it in the lobby or anywhere else, either. No one in my party could get a connection. When I asked if there was a business center or somewhere with better reception, the older man at the front desk just said, “Ma’am, what can I do? I do not control the wifi.” 2). I arranged a day trip for my party and due to falling ill, I had to cancel the day before. They still called me at 6 am to wake me up, after I cancelled. 3). I stayed here for 5 nights and the first day I reported my safe was broken. I was told someone would come to fix it that night. No one showed up and no one even called. That is the experience I had the next 5 days in a row. It was never fixed. I have been traveling consistently for the last year and have never left a bad review anywhere. This establishment fell far below reasonable expectations and I believe people should be able to know that before they book here.

The hotel is located within a 10 min walk from the nearest metro station U6 Tscherttegasse. Close to the hotel there is a supermarket, however keep in mind that the stores and museums in Vienna usually close at 6pm.

Review 135：The room was not clean on the floor, the building looks old. Alittle bit far away from the centre, but there's a golf clubnext to it. We arrived around dinner time, expected to have dinnerat hotel's restaurant. But they said they have guests of travelgroup and the kitchen was closed for all night. What we can have fordinner is unfreezed pizza of 3 flavours. Each costed around 10€. Wedidn't order.
