Review 1：1st night no clerk around to check us in waited 10 minutes, we were overcharged on room, but once we pointed it out to morning clerk it was immediately fixed.

Review 2：Daughter had to have surgery, we planned on staying the 1st night but got snowed in 2nd and staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Review 3：Parking lot light shown right in room and unable to block out since curtains were too short to cover window. Did not sleep well. Room noisy from guest overhead; not sound proofed adequately. When leaving hotel, front desk attendant didn't acknowledge us or say thank you, even though we were only guests in lobby and dining area. Employee looked at her computer screen and did not seem that guests mattered.

Review 4：New hotel - well appointed. Check-in reception was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the freshest choices and nicest prepared options we have seen at a hotel of this level. We told the kitchen staff there that we were grateful for her efforts and nice work. Dining area was clean and welcoming.

Review 6：Both egg dishes were too salty. My son burnt his finger on the waffleiron and staff could not locate burn med in their first aid kit. Uponarriving staff was checking the pool and had left a note at the deskthat they would be back soon. We waited a few road weary mins and thenwent to look for them. Of course the pool area was locked and theydidn't hear us knock, so we just had to wait. It was awkward and aslight inconvenience, but the staff was very nice, apologetic andefficient getting us checked in.

Review 7：Everything looked new, clean and fresh. Nice rooms and breakfast. Staffwas professional, cheerful and courteous. Breakfast attendant washelpful and cheerful, seemed to love her job. Great location close tohighway and lots of businesses. There was no way to fill our own waterbottles so the desk clerk gave us free water bottles for the road.

Review 8：We had an issue with the door not wanting to lock. When we went to bed we just used the door bolt, so no problem, but to leave our room while eating breakfast and stuff we have to trust the security of the facility and guests to not bother our stuff. We did notify the staff when we went to breakfast of this issue, for future guest reference.

Review 9：Loved loved loved the bed. Had a great breakfast. There was a pool and hot tub on site but we got in late enough we were ready for bed and did not get to enjoy. Very nice look to the hotel.
