Review 1：DIRTY ROOM ,run down.fecal matter in pool.no working wi-fi in room.sheets smelled of perfume(dirty)fridge had litter anx papers from privious guests month prior.

Review 3：#1. The carpet in the unit was filthy. We walked around for a few minutes w/o shoes and our feet were black! #2. No curtains at the windows. The rooms were very light and made it difficult to sleep #3. Temperature control in the unit was not good and the AC was noisy #4. Housekeeping - very inconsistent as to daily service. Toilet paper was out in the room and was not replenished. We had to call the front desk twice to finally get some toilet paper (1 example) #5. Cost. Expected better for the price

Review 5：Rooms were small, dated and only barely clean. While staff was nice enough, the facility wasn't very nice and was very crowded. For the price, I would go elsewhere.
Review 6：The front desk staff seem annoyed to be working there. Upon check in and out not one smile, more like you were bothering her. At check in another guest was requesting a plunger and she rolled her eyes and said you will have to wait. The pool area was dirty and after leaving the pool area our feet were black from the grills I assume sitting in the pool area. We had to scrub down our toddlers feet after leaving.
Review 7：The location was great, close to the boardwalk and right on the beach. Rooftop deck was nice, beautiful views and very relaxing. Bagel time cafe was a nice benefit to have onsite. Great bagels and reasonable prices.
Review 8：The staff at the pool area was very ride and my family felt unwelcomed on our second day. They're was a bad customer service there and the delivery was not professional.

Review 10：I had to leave! We love to be so close to the boardwalk and be on thebeach. Every time I had a need it was addressed with no hesitation andwith genuine good additude towards me.
Review 11：The rules, such no smoking. There were more than one instance wheresomeone was breaking this rule. When I called the office they imediatllywent to take care of the offence. We also had a problem with a youngercouple allowing there very young children to enter into the hot tubpool. This problem was also addressed imediatlly, no hesitation. I alsomentioned to the office personnel that the parents of the young childrenwere instructed to urinate in the hot tub intentionally.?? The samechildren pooped in the big pool less than 30 minutes prior to thisincident. The hotel closed the pool to clean and chlorinate the pool.
