Review 1：Would have liked breakfast included in the price. Had to check out early due to weather; had to pay for a half day...understandable.

Review 2：Very convenient. Helpful staff got some creamer for my coffee. Provided us with a top floor room.

Review 3：The staff was friendly, the room was clean and it was a good night stay. The construction was going on during the stay but other than that it was great.

Review 4：Didn't have me booked when I arrived. Room was super hot when arrived so they hooked up air, then had no heat for my whole stay and froze. Bathroom outlet didn't work so no blowdryer. Price at end of stay was $50 more than my booking price. Hotel had to call me twice to see if I was checking out or staying when I was suppose to be booked for the whole weekend in the first place.

Review 5：I really liked the location. I came to meet Biological Father and Sister for the first time and it was close to both of them.

Review 6：Asked for street level access for senior citizens but got 2nd floor and no elevator access. Personnel at check-in were not greeting guests, just stood there, waiting until guests explained why they were there. Room very dated and worn, including TV. For price, I expected much better. Won't stay there again.

Everyone at the restaurant was rude except the guy who sat us and the waiter that took over for the waitress that didn't want to serve a large group. Review 46：I called and asked about getting a "tower room" and the booking staff member assured me I would get one if I booked online, when I got there I definitely did not get a Tower room, the room we got was decent although all I could smell the entire time was cigarette smoke, it was gross. Also had a horrible flushing toilet and the bathroom was definitely not the cleanest.

Review 48：we were traveling and wanted a room about 2 hours prior, but couldn't find anything due to all the hunters and oil people. Went online and made the reservation for a king sized room. That was about 10pm. When we arrived, I was told that our room was guaranteed for 6:00 arrival (even though it was close to 10pm when I made the reservation), so it had been cancelled. The clerk had a querky personality, but said she could still get us a room. When we got to our room, it was a queen bed, very dated. I guess it was clean, but it was so dated, it was hard to feel like it was clean. We were too tired by the time we lugged all our stuff across a packed parking lot and up the stairs that we just went to bed without letting them know that we didn't get what we paid for. Also, I tried to pay in cash and was told I would have to pay an extra $50 deposit if I was going to pay cash! Sheesh!

Review 56：The hotel said it was remodeled but our " suite" was just 2 rooms with the connecting door open and couches instead if a bed in one room. The bathrooms were the same old style and not upgraded at all. The posted check out is noon. But at 11 the maid told us to get out it was a 11 check out!

Also, even though advertised as a nonsmoking room, might as well have been a saloon. So if one is sensitive to the smell, try another location

Complimentary pizza, pasta and veggies during happy hour in the bar were good and plentiful. Coupons provided at the front desk were worthwhile (free second drink) and the drink prices were very good. Quiet room in spite of being very near railroad tracks.
