Review 1：The Spa/Hot Tub had nasty dirty film around edges. Put feet in felt like bottom was covered in sand. We usually have good experience with whole place. Just must been off week.
Review 2：We like to stay here everytime we travel to Lincoln city. Three times a year we stay here. Good price and comfortable beds.
Review 3：The toilet had mold on the seat and in the bowl. It was 36° and the heater wasn't working properly and made a loud rumble and then a crash that jolted the whole room. After several attempts decided to shut it off completely to be able to sleep, this was 5:59 am. Then we froze. Upon waking up by the maid 4 1/2 hours later we saw the bathroom mold, and without showers or food we left as fast as possible.

Check in was fine, but during check out the lady kept saying I owed money, even though I had paid at check in, and couldn't find my name in the system because she was looking at the wrong system. Also, the bed was very uncomfortable. Felt like a box with very thin blankets.

Review 17：By the hot tub there was a Lil round table with 2 chairs the chairs wereup against the wall with the table in the middle of them. I pulled achair out to sit down and take my shoes off and fell straight backwardsonto the floor hitting my head and pulling my grown muscle. When I gotup I looked at the chair and noticed one of the legs was broken on thechair and it looked as though someone had tried to repair it with 2metal hose clamps and the leg of the chair was buckled inward. I tookpictures.... Not good my back still hurts
Review 18：It was my fiancée 46th birthday weekend. The things she liked were thehot tub in the room and the design of the furniture. On Sunday morningshe went to get breakfast in the lobby and noticed there was a hugeclock with angels with the same design as the room furniture.
Review 19：This place looks decent from the web & when you walk in, butdon't be fooled! The rooms are filthy! The shower curtain was slimy& moldy, the table was broken, food under the bed, no room service(fresh towels, coffee, empty garbage) between nights, sauna is out ofservice, spa is disgusting (you can see a gross film on top), breakfastis a joke, beds are horrible! We stay at a lot of hotels and this is byfar the worst. I've never written a review but felt compelled to doso with this place. It's obvious they only put into this hotel thebare minimum of what they have to.

Review 21：Staff members were very professional, friendly and helpful. Great location. Very clean. An enjoyable place to stay. We had a lovely evening. We would stay here again if we travel the Pacific coast road in Oregon.
Review 22：Staff does not show interest in serving the customer. It feels like we are bothering them when asking to help with something or when pointing out a problem. We were not able to connect to WiFi with our notebook and staff did not help us resolve that issue. Multiple times we were unable to enter our room because the key card did not register.

Review 24：We were located on the 4th floor and the wifi didn't work up there. I noticed their sign said the price was $74.99 per night but since I had booked on line, paid twice that which doesn't seem quite fair.
Review 25：My husband enjoyed the hot tub but the room where it was located was in very poor condition. The sauna had an out of order sign on it, the walls were peeling and there was a cover lying on the floor near the steps to the tub, causing a trip hazard
Review 26：Had no wifi during the entire stay. Some lights in the room had missing light bulbs. Shower had a bunch of hair on the walls from previous guest.

Review 28：Very over priced paid 1100 for 4 nights, broken towel racks, wifi didn't work, broken hair dryer, shower head leaked and sprayed on the floor. staff was rude, noisy guests, trash throughout the parking lot and trash cans over flowing. TV was broken and taped back together. Had to use 2 remotes and finally gave up and used the buttons on the TV. Tried to call the front desk and no answer. Walked down to talk to the attendant and he was extremely rude. Wouldn't stay here ever again.

Review 30：Wi-Fi was remincent of 56k days. Sometimes even worse: 5 minutes to load a page full of text, frequently dropping out completly. Breakfast was bearable.
Review 31：Rooms were spacious enough to get some time by yourself while travelling with family. Front desk staff was hard working and very forthcoming. Place was clean and relatively quiet as well.
Review 32：This property is really run down. The decor is strange, the carpet had big stains, the bedding looked like it had been purchased at a discount store, the pillows were flat. I had a terrible night's sleep. For what I paid, I expected more.

Review 35：We got our room key after 3:00 and it was still being cleaned. The bed frame has large decorative feet that both my husband and I stubbed our toes on during the night. The window looking out needs to be replaced. The Breakfast waffles were ok but there is not any butter and very watered down syrup. The juice wasn't really a juice. The coffee was watered down. We paid an exorbitant price since they were the last few places on a busy weekend. At least some one was happy we came.

Review 37：The worst customer service I've ever experienced; I got an unauthorized extra charge for a bed I never got and every time I called them they said they would call me back and never did, after a few days of me calling repeatedly, they stopped answering my calls
Review 38：The WiFI was so slow it was unusable, probably because so many people now use WiFi at the same time, but this should be fixed so we don't have to make this comment. There was little to no maintenance in the breakfast area, need to be cleaned as guests used the area and garbage can should be emptied so further trash does not lie on the floor.

Review 45：The 'Palace' employees were very friendly and helpful. The room had plenty of space for all 4 of us. With a very spacious fridge, still can't believe that! We were near the beach, mall, gas station and restaurants! All walking distance.

I called the front desk to ask for a extra towel why we were getting to check out and he said, "come down and get it, I am busy" so as I went to get the towel I noticed all he was doing was arguing with a woman. then the towel he gave me was a tiny pool towel. The hotel was having construction done and we were not told about this so we could have went somewhere else.

Review 58：Quiet little town with great seafood! This location is in short distance to everything. The staff were friendly and the rooms were large and clean. I'd recommend this place and definitely would stay again.
Review 59：At check in there was some confusion I placed the reservation but it ended up in my daughters name. We were told there was a family suite available for a cheaper rate but we would have to cancel with booking.com and that we were told would be a hassle so we ended up sticking with our original two rooms reservation which was okay but we ended up paying more. Also one of the beds had sand on the comforter at check in

Review 65：We were greeted with a monitor of security cameras for every place there was a camera one directly on the hot tub..the bathroom didn't smell clean.Also the cable that was listed on website was not available? We were not given a reason why it wasn't available. It looked like the bill had not been paid. There was a sign in room stating to please contact front desk for anything we may have forgot such as toothpaste, comb etc..Although upon asking for both these items we were told once again couldn't help us.
Review 66：Not a "bad" experience but the breakfast was pretty much all carbon loaded. A little low fat protein would help. Also, almost all the TV listings (channel numbers) in the black notebook were wrong...didn't match up. Hard to find correct channels.

Review 91：200 characters is not even close to being enough for me to explain whatI did not like about this hotel. Not only was I completely and utterlyshocked that the online pictures were obviously photoshopped to lookbetter than it actually does look in person, I was equally shocked thatonce we got up to the room, it smelled horrendous and the stains on thecarpet kept me from even walking barefoot on the carpet for fear I mightcatch something. We upgraded to have a kitchen in our room, well againafter paying almost $400 for a 2 night stay, then an additional chargeof $188 just to have a kitchen was absurd. But we did it. This room wasno better. Same scenario with the carpet. No screens on any of thewindows. The complimentary coffee, you may as well put water in thecoffee package because that is what it tasted like. No flavor. Thecomplimentary breakfast.....I Would have rather ate dog food becausethat is about how the waffle tasted. The kitchen was filthy where all ofyour guests sit and eat. Let me tell you something, wiping off thecounters and chairs and then using the same towel to wipe off thetables, does not mean they are clean and sanitized. Nasty and gross doesnot even begin to explain what the kitchen was. Onto the ongoing dogbarking and constant noise in the hallways and the slamming of roomdoors. Oh but wait there is more. Your beds, I might as well have slepton the sidewalk because that is what it felt like I was sleeping on whenI laid in that bed. I was afraid to sleep under the covers because ofthe stains and hair that I found when I pulled the covers back. So, ontothe straw that broke the camels back....we got back to the hotel andexplained to the lady at the desk that we had to leave a day earlybecause we had a family emergency, my father was in the hospital becausehe had a heart attack. We had to check out. I asked her to please cancelour nights stay and refund us the money.

Review 97：The "mold in the shower" at eye level, the carpets needed shampooed, hard beds,TV sound only worked on 60% of the channels. When you pay $280 night you expect nice, not a large motel 6 room. I travel a lot and stay in chain hotels for $80 to $150 a night that are much nicer and politer staff. I purchased the room of the Internet so when I arrived I was stuck with the room, all the hotels where full. Bad Luck :(

Review 99：We arrived after midnight. At 7 am we were awakened by kids from another room running around like thundering elephants. After 2 hrs of this we tried to call the front desk. No one answered our call. We had small children with us and we would never allow them to be so disrupt full.

Review 101：The TV did not work. One person on staff for front desk, hospitality, repairs, etc. Brought second tv - didn't work, brought 2nd cable box - didn't work. The room was truly a 80.00 room, not a 180.00 room. If it wasn't the only location still having vacancy, I would have demanded my money back, and gone elsewhere.
Review 102：The pricing it was advertise at one price but when we went to go check in they gave us another price. And this was after I called to check and they told me the price I saw was what we we get they would adjust it when we got there. And then they would not. And it being a Saturday night getting another room would be impossible and they knew it. Breakfast they were out of food by 8:00 so what free breakfast this was a very special weekend it was our 24th wedding anniversary.

Review 115：They did not have a DVD player installed in the room, when I asked they gave me one in a box with the wrong cables my kids had to watch in black and white when I asked for the right cables they insisted I had it hooked up wrong and did not offer to come and take a look. Breakfast area was small and always full when I took my breakfast upstairs they insisted I must eat downstairs. I got chared extra for my mom(3rd) adult in a 2 bedroom suit.

Review 117：Beds are hard, with very flat pillows. Be sure to bring your own. Floors are dirty and should be shampooed more often. Bathtub was disgusting, really people clean the bathtub and remove other people's pubic hair. Sink was cracked and chipped, and improperly sealed. Holes in the walls, some with a lousy patch job. Room needs to be well vacuumed and bathroom swept. I saw a lot of dirty corners. Rooms should have at least 4 plastic glasses.. no glassware, that can be dropped with broken glass on the floors. I have a disability and the bathrooms and beds are not set up for people with disabilities. The bathtub was too high to step into. I give this place a 2 thumbs down. Not worth the money. We ended up changing hotels after staying for 2 nights. Not a good place to stay.
