Review 1：Rooms so outdated and dirty. Pillows flat. and bed were uncomfortable. Mold in the refrigerator. Towels were like sandpaper, Air conditioner did not cool the room. I had a room with two full beds, and the last minute my daughter and son in law came down, and I didn't think it would be an issue to have them stay in my room, but the owner through a fit, and charged me additional money for the room. I had already paid almost $500.00 for a tonight stay. I will never stay there again and would never recommended this motel to anyone!! :(

Review 3：The beds were the worst I've ever slept on. They were covered in plastic and it felt like I was sleeping on a board. Every time I moved, they made a "crunch-crunch" sound. Also, the room was very dated and the T.V. was not a flat screen so it took up half the dresser space; big tube T.V.! This place was overly priced for limited amenities. No towel rack where the sink is. But the worst part was "Mr. Mike." Although he was friendly, he took his job way too seriously. He acted like he was the prison warden of the motel. He watched your every move. He was very much a control freak when it came to the parking too; "Please move your car an inch to the left", or "Please move your car to a different space". I couldn't wait to get the hell out of dodge, or in this case, prison!

Review 5：Worst experience at a hotel ever. Filthy rooms, including hair in thebed, hair on the bathroom floor, stained bed sheets and a gross odorthat can only be described as somewhere inbetween industrial cleansingproduct and used condom. The owner was the only employee we came incontact with, and he was extremely rude. He refused to hear out ourcomplaints and even accused us of smoking in the room, which wehadn'T. The beds were so uncomfortable and dirty that we slept ontop of the comforter and used our beach towels as blankets for thenight. If you have any self worth, I suggest not staying at this hotel.I repeat, and emphasize, worst hotel management and experience ever.
Review 6：Mattresses were wrapped in plastic, not the most comfortable sleeping arrangement, but for the location I would say it was well worth it.

Review 8：The place was filthy. The sofa bed was broken. The curtains partially hanging off the rod. The beds are in serious need of replacement I spent the night trying to not roll into my 11 year old. Both beds had broken box springs. The sheets weren't even adequate everyone I moved I ended up on tge plastic bed bug cover.

Review 10：The owner/manager is great. He is very friendly and accommodating. The llocation is perfect: not too close to the boardwalk and the noise but not too far from the beautiful beach.
Review 11：The man who owns/runs the motel is the rudest being I have ever met.I accidentally booked the place, mind you for a lot of people and Iasked for a refund before I paid because it was not enough space. Hethen refused and stated I would be charged $250 if I cancelled. Thenmade me put down a $100 deposit (which is normal) but I also paid $280for one night and was not allowed anyone else in the room. Not even touse the restroom unless they paid $50 each. Fifty dollars to use therestroom! I also witnessed the man yell at a girl for trying to closethe pool gate. He was very rude to all of the customers. I would notrecommend this place to anyone. Do not stay here. You will be ripped offand unsatisfied.

Review 13：The pool was empty, ice machines were turned off, no complimentary breakfast and the reason given was these ameneties are not available after Labor Day. I was dissappointed the pool was drained. I was there with an 8, 7, and 2 year old who were lookinh forward to the pool.

Review 16：The Pool was nice and clean and had ample parking. The coffee and breakfast snacks area was clean and well made. The towels and sheets were clean and had maid service come in daily. Very friendly place and well worth the try.
Review 17：The floors were a little dirty. I will say that I was very happy that it was wood floors rather than carpet. To be honest, I don't think the maid sweeps. The bed sheets weren't changed after the first night (we could feel sand in the sheets. And we went to the water park that day, no beach). There are worse hotels and I'm glad we chose Bay Breeze!
Review 18：The owner Mike, was super nice. Very accommodating. He even let us borrow an umbrella for the beach. The breakfast in the morning isn't a lot. However, my boys enjoyed the cereal and the coffee was pretty tasty. The hotel isn't very far from the beach/boardwalk(about 6 blocks). The pool on the grounds was pretty decent. It was small, but perfect for my 3 & 6 year old.

Review 20：Motel is about 3 blocks from the beach which we didn't mind but may be a pain if you are towing kids and a bunch of gear to the beach. We enjoyed the quietness of being away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. Rooms were pleasant enough but decor was old and somewhat dingy. We stayed in July when they had a free breakfast bar each morning. It was nothing too fancy but enjoyable.

Review 22：Clean and neat, quiet and family friendly. The manager clearly cares about his property and makes his presence known which keeps the party element out. He also goes out of his way to make sure all is well with your stay. Nice little breakfast area in the am with cereal bagels muffins and juice/coffee. We will be back.
Review 23：Manger accused us of bring more people into the hotel then we did. We had to pay extra for 4 more people when we already paied for 2 rooms with 4 double beds... And when we did pay more we didn't get any extra beds. Manger didn't know how to run a hotel. He should be fired

Review 26：Location a bit 'sketch' in my teenage daughter's terms. Fine for me but not an area I'd want her walking out alone at night. Breakfast was fine but no options for my celiac mother (all carbs...).

Review 32：I love that the manager knew a lot about the area. Any time I had a question Mike was right on it. It's only a 6 minute walk from the boardwalk and beautiful breeze through the motel ( hense the name) I would book at this motel again for sure.

Its the special from Bjs orcostco..whatever minimuffins they have that week. Better to find hotelwithout breakfast. Bring your own. The front desk only open if you tellthem. We got stuck in some traffic. I had called to tell them we wouldbe there 830 or so, arrived at 9..He said we were late. The room had twodouble beds enough for 4. When we got there I had to pay extra $70 justbecause I had another teen with me.. I had 4 in the room needed nothingextra. Still got charged. Check out is 10 am. Be aware.. If you staypast that its $50.If you want late checkout 4pm you have to pay $50. Iasked to use the pool just after I checked out at 10..The owner was wecant do that you are not a guest. After paying over $500. Arrivingfriday nite, no A?C,no towels.. You think the owner would be graciousand say sure take a dip before you leave not here.Dont pay extra here..Only stay if ya get a bargin

When theygot to the room there was sand in the already made beds, sticky floorsand by the housekeeoing/broiler so was ver hot tryiong to get into theroom. By nine o clock the person or persons upstairs was walking orthumping across the floor my husband said it sounded like they weremoving furniture. He went to the office to be told there was only oneperson in there. Back at the room it conyinued. My husband and daughterleft and the manager came to the car and still tried saying it was oneperson. My husband said you have ghoasts then and came home. I left ane-mail with the hotel and no one got back to me.

Review 97：The beds have plastic on them, that was not pleasant at all having the bed crunch everytime you move. The mattresses were old and terrible for your back. There were no blankets on the bed. Just the comforter that everyone knows you have to take off and not use in any hotel, but without this you had no blanket. So we had to use our beach towels as blankets. The security guy yelled at us for standing in front of our rooms talking, that was strange. We had the whole side of the building to ourselves so not sure what that was about.
Review 98：The location was excellent for us as we were participating in a soccer torunament on the beach and the walk to the beach was easy. The pool was small but nice for the boys to jump into when they got back from the beach to cool off. Staff was great, coffee for you in the morning. They allowed us a late check out since our games were later in the day (for a fee).

The first nightwe were stopped while leaving our room by the late night security guardwho asked to use our bathroom (apparently his 8 hour shift did notinclude access to any facilities). Check out time is 10 am - which Ithink is a little too early.
