Review 1：The bathroom have mold the mirror was gros and a cleaning lady open the door on me while I was getting dress at 10 am when check out time was at 12 pm

Review 2：Didn't have our reservation on arrival. Rented our room again after renting it to us and someone else opened the door and tried to come in at 1:30 a.m.!!!

Review 4：-3 pm checkin - Hotel claims internet ;yet I was in a room (125) that was an internet blind spot and had to insist on a room change. The desk clerk initially did not want to move me (6 day stay) and even suggested I do my web work from the lobby. - the room fridge sounded like dripping water constantly. Previous guest was so annoyed he unpluged it (room 433).

Review 11：It was very stink, there was hair in my bathroom, the rug in the room looked as I'd it wasn't clean, the bed had my daughter and I itching very bad could not sleep, the breakfast was stink as well. Horrible place to stay.

Review 13：I didn't care for the guests that argued and approached me asking for cigarettes and idle conversation that I wanted no part of.

Review 14：I really liked the staff. I stayed for 3 days and I had pleasant conversations with a few staff members that I saw regularly during my stay. The gentleman that overlooks the breakfast is a patient, kind and very attentive man. I personally heard more than 1 guest make demands of him that I would call rude. This staff member never changed his dominior or his helpful attitude. I was impressed.

Review 15：Confirmation communication from Booking completely screwed up and so were put in a dumpy room scheduled for reno. Walls half prepped, holes in walls, gnats constantly. Mattresses old, soft and lopsided. Pool dirty and then closed for whole sunny Sunday.

Review 19：I was appalled it how run down, nasty, dirty and disgusting this room was inside. The out side of the hotel looked fine, inside our room had everything from paint and plaster falling off the walls, holes in the walls, mold, a tub that was dirty and didn't drain, to animal chewed doors and baseboard. Not to mention a hair in one the broken down beds. I have never written a bad review on a hotel, but I even took pictures and sent to "Quality" head quarters. It if had not been so late, and we needed to catch a cruise the next morning...we would have asked for our money back and looked for somewhere else to stay! They should be ashamed for renting a room out that was that absolutely gross. I even showed the photos of the room which I took on my phone to the gentleman who check us out that AM and asked if he would have his family stay in a room like that...and he said "no". Enough said....

Review 22：The location to the beach and mass transit was excellant. I enjoyed the daily breakfast and very friendly staff. I had a great rate of $80 a night which was very good for the easy access to the beach. I was able to walk to Boca daily since I was only 2 miles away. This helped me save money. I will be back since TriRail to either airport is convenient and only $5 one way.

Review 23：This was my second time at this hotel and I always have a good service...kind people and they were always ready to help us....Thanks for everything....I will come back many times...good location and near Boca Raton and Sawgrass Express....The breakfast is good too.....

Review 24：Printer was not working & staff said the compute is rather slow, I was directed to walk to their sister property right next door, I asked them to print driving directions for my meeting which they were happy to do for me. The gentleman who oversaw the breakfast was not very friendly & he promptly made breakfast sandwiches for the construction workers & ladies in housekeeping. He made me feel like I was a bother

Review 71：The hot tube was not working. One of the main reasons we chose to stayat this hotel was because it had a hot tube. Very disappointing.

When we calledbecause we forgot an ac adapter for our laptop in the room, we neverheard back, my mother visited the front desk, left a number and wasnever called back. The hot tub did not work. Leaves me to believe thehotel is poorly managed and staff are not proactive or have the abilityto take initiative. Further there seems to be a disconnect between frontdesk and housekeeping.
