Review 1：We reserved two rooms with two queen beds and got two one bedroom apartments with one queen bed. Furnishings were old, much used, rugs didn't seem clean.
Review 2：It was convenient. There were two bathrooms. There for only one night.
Review 3：Very dated, some areas in a state of disrepair, and very poor cleanliness standards. We stayed for 3 nights and the room wasn't cleaned once during our stay and the bins in the apartment were already full from a previous guest when we arrived. Staff at reception helpful overall but when I asked why there had been no cleaning done I was told rooms are only serviced on Mondays and Fridays (although we arrived on a Thursday so this didn't make sense). Luckily we were only in the apartment for approx an hour during the day in addition to sleeping so it wasn't a huge issue but I would have been reluctant to spend more time in there. Key West Inn did charge me a daily $12 service charge, which based on my stay I completely disagree with when I was emptying the bins myself?! Not sure how they justify the charge when nothing is being cleaned/ serviced? Didn't use the kitchen area except for fridge to store water. We ate out all the time anyway so no need for the kitchen, but also one morning there were approx 30 insects running around on the worktop (no idea why as we didn't have any food in there attracting them, can only assume it was down to the poor cleanliness) so that really put us off using anything in there.
Review 4：Location good as we needed to be in this area and the price was low. Fantastic Doc's Diner in walking distance along with a couple of good bars, and right on the marina for water sports. The overall review score is based on location, price, and reception staff being helpful.

Review 18：The only bad things (which were actually good things in the long run) were the down phones (we're international travelers and didn't have a cellphone) because of the rain and the slowish internet. But, the staff was great and let us use the office phone. Very pleased with this place.
Review 19：We really loved the location - close to everything on Key Largo. We also loved the space - a bedroom and bathroom upstairs, with a living room, kitchen and bathroom downstairs.
Review 20：- The whole facility was very outdated - The kitchen was poorly equiped and nearly falling apart. No Pans, cutting knives, dish detergant, baking sheet or basics like salt and pepper were provided. Only 3 plates and 2 knives and forks were present. The rubber seal of the refrigerator was getting mouldy. - The door to the patio didn't close properly and hardly moved. - I could not turn the blinds anymore. - The shower curtain was mouldy too in the upstairs bathroom. - The bar across the canal is pretty noisy. There even was a message in the bedroom promising earplugs for the loud live music of the bar, but they were missing. Regarding the little of the original price we paid, due to a coupon (80$ a night) it was ok for one night, but I would not recommend staying here for a longer time or for the whole price. This place definitively needs a renovation and I can not agree with the rating of 7.5 when we booked this suite.
Review 21：- The Suite was very spacious. We had a living room, a kitchen with a dining table, a bathroom with a shower and access to a patio on the first floor. On the second floor we had a nice bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub. - The lady at the front desk was really nice and helpful - The front desk is opened 24/7.

Review 26：the carpet makes the apartment not too clean , you have to carry with shampoo and bath foam , the staf were courteous 50% . the girl who did the check in was rude and not very empathetic , while the guy who checked us out was very nice and even let us check out later than scheduled
Review 27：the House is big in two floors, one with dining room bathroom and kitchen with balcon on the canal and the other one with double room with bathroom. Parking free. Very close to the diving (rainbow).
Review 28：The staff never found us in the system according to manager the computer never receive the information regarding our booking. The place was full and after traveling from NY and driving from Orlando 7hrs the manager arrange a broken under restoration room to stay for the night. The room had broken tub, bugs, and it seems renovations never been done since 1980. The worst ever in my life.!
Review 29：Wifi sucks, carpets are filthy, pubic hair on the toilet, kitchen have stains everywhere. Never seen such an awful motel for such a high price.

Review 31：We paid a total of 48 dollars as service charge and they didn't even make the beds or remove the trash? Outrageous. In one of our rooms, the smoke detectors kept getting off periodically for no reason during the night. Since the information booklet said reception was only staffed until 11pm, while this occurred well after midnight, we obviously found it pointless to contact reception about the issue at night. The receptionist explained the next morning that the booklets needed updating and that staff had been available on site. All of us barely slept, trying to figure out what triggers them and trying to deactivate them on our own.

Review 35：This hotel is a no frills hotel, but it's good at what it does. There's no maid service, no shampoo in the room, and everything is a little rundown. That being said, the location was amazing (you could easily walk or bike anywhere you want to go), there was a screened in patio overlooking the canal, and the split level set up was really nice if you need a little space.

Surprisingly, there werenot any ants in the kitchen downstairs, even though I had food in thetrashcan there. I could never get any hot water when I took a shower atnight. They didn't serve breakfast but didn't need to due to thefact that I had a full kitchen.
Review 72：I loved staying along the canal and watching all of the boats go by.When I sat out by the pool in the evening, I could hear live musicplaying from a nearby restaurant. The staff was super nice. There wassomeone on duty 24 hours a day and there is a phone to call the frontoffice. The rooms are massive. I had a huge living room with a sofa bedand tv, a full kitchen equipped with utensils and pots and pans, and afull upstairs bedroom with another tv. I was by myself and had two fullbathrooms. These are family size accommodations. The screened in porchwas so relaxing.

Review 111：A full 2 level apartment overlooking the main commercial channel where the diver boats are. Very convenient for divers and walking to restaurants. Our room, #115 had a king bed and was freshly painted. I had been concerned about cleanliness based on other reviews, but everything was very clean. Carpet was older but looked like it had been cleaned and repaired. Older TVs but they worked fine. Pool area clean and pleasant. It appears they are really working to refresh this hotel. Loved the screen porch and kitchen. Even a dishwasher! Maid service only Mon and Friday. I would stay again.

We had 2 adults & a teenage girl who loved the free WiFi, fold out bed & her own bathroom. Nadia at the front desk is a doll. She is such a joy & very accomodating. Sweet lady. I would glady stay here again & have already told many ppl about this place.
Review 126：The kitchen was not fully equipped as advertised. No kettle, no oven tray or oven dishes. No glasses just plastic beakers. We went shopping for an oven tray, glasses, fish slice, tongs, etc. Etc.

When we finally arrived at our room the underaged kids throwing a party in the next room over politely let us know there would be noise and to come knock on the door if it was too loud. They did accommodate us with a room switch but the room we ended up in was so run down. Floors were filthy, broken blinds, dirty sheets, stains on the shower liner, and a single tiny bar of soap. Expected more for $300 a night.
