Review 1：They charged me for another day that I did not stay for and will notgive my money back. Have called them and sent a copy of bank statement,but still have not returned my money!!!!!!! Will never stay or recomendthis place to any one ever. They are a rip off!!!!!!
Review 2：The Hotel reeked of cigarettes everywhere. The non-smoking rooms were musty and gross smelling. Both my Wife and I woke up with a cold from the poor quality air.

Review 4：First of all we had reservation for two rooms when we got there we weretold that Booking.com never sent them the reservation.But then all of asudden they found them in July when the reservation was for August .Someone from the motel filed it wrong so they didn't have any roomsleft they were booked. But they were sorry.It was Sturgis week and weare at this motel. They finaly came up with one room with 2 Queen beds oyes you can guess their solution was we all took one room.The reason webooked two rooms is we wanted our owne room.All they could say is sorryit happens!!.One of had to try to find another motel was their onlysolution.Which we did but it was at a $50.00 increase again they weresorry and the fact it took over an hour to finly get 1 out of the 2rooms they were sorry. They would get a manager call us to see about adiscount for the inconvenience well that never happened. Then the airconditioning didn't work they would get maintenance to come fix itagain that never happened. Asked to speak to a manager of course shewasn't in. They would have her call me never happened.DO Your self afavor find a different motel this was by far the worst experience wehave ever had and we travel a lot.

Review 6：They misplaced our reservation. We arrived as two couples. They asked us to bunk together. Finally offered us a smoking room. No way, the place stunk. This is the worst and dirtiest and worse run hotel I have ever encountered. Don't stay here.

Review 10：Perhaps because we're a mateur couple. The motel was too close to the interstate. Took a long time to get into a deep sleep. Traffic noise was too close. We didn't understand why all the non-smoking and double bedrooms were on the backside of the hotel. I'm sure it would have been much more quieter for those of us who like the quiet.

Review 17：I was attracted initially by the price. I also read the comments and compared those to other hotels in the same price bracket. Show Boat had better reviews and I would agree. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I needed change for the vending machine and received it graciously. I also needed a hair dryer and she found one for me to use. The room was small but plenty adequate for my purposes.... sleeping. The queen bed was comfortable, clean and well presented.

Review 27：The motel is built with cinder blocks not pretty but solid. Our room was scheduled to get new furniture the day we left. Our bed sagged in the middle ugh. The room was clean as was the bathroom. It's a no frills place even though the halls could use an upgrade I always felt safe. This is Casper Wy with cowboys, hunters etc. Breakfast was OK normal stuff.

Review 32：The staff check-in lady wasn't very nice or inviting and that when we came out to eat something in the morning around 9, the gentlemen starting taking things away even though he could see that we were trying to get what little there was left. We ended up only getting coffee, because he had taken everything away to fast, so we went elsewhere.

Review 40：The window was cracked open when we arrived & there were bugs in the room. We decided to stay here rather than the same priced Motel 6 because they had free breakfast. By the time we went out for breakfast at 8am (breakfast was from 6-9am) there was tiny bagels & muffins left out. A waffle maker with no waffle batter. We were told once it's gone, it's gone - breakfast wasn't over for another hour. Our room smelled like an old dusty shed & we had to turn the actual light bulb to make our lamp work. The girl working the front desk was lounging on the couch with her feet up watching tv rather than working at the desk - I thought she was a hotel guest. We wanted to try something new because we travel through Casper quite a bit, but even if this place was $40 (we paid $80) I would never stay here again.

Review 101：I love staying at the Showboat! When we couldn't stay in the motel that we bocked before hand, because we weren't 21 yet we found this place to stay at instead. It was just what we needed! A clean room, clean shower and a bed. Can't wait to stay there again!
