Review 1：Better lighting in bathroom and a bathmat and a mirror in the bedroom area would be good.

Review 12：Nicely appointed rooms. Very comfortable beds, even the "extra" bed in our room. Just a short stroll to the beach, complete with chaise lounges and umbrellas. The staff was very helpful to hold our luggage while we did an 8 hour jaunt around the island before our late afternoon flight.

Review 14：The facilities are nice, good looking rooms and bathrooms, nice patio in front of room with 2 chairs. Territory is small but beautiful, full of exotic plants. Beach is clean and enough sunbeds there. Also a good but a bit expensive bar is next to hotel on the beach. Dominic at the reception was very helpful.

Review 16：All was good really .. The shady sun area on the beach was good and the fact that there was no pool did not affect me as I liked the ocean to swim in . The staff were great - always helpful

Review 18：Right on the beach, big bed, good restaurants and bars closeby, the hotel's restaurant has really good food too. You can rent a motorbike from the hotel but it's cheaper at some of the other stores nearby. The beach is quite small: might be a bit cramped in peak season but in October-November when we were there it was fine.

Review 21：They originally put us in a room close to construction which was avoidable since there were many unoccupied rooms closer to the beach. We had to request to change rooms after being woken up at 6:30am to construction on a Saturday morning.

Review 24：The only minor issue is that I booked a room with twin beds - or thought I had - and arrived to find a double, but the staff were very efficient and very quickly placed and extra bed in the room. If booking twin beds make sure you specify in the booking. O

Review 25：The location is perfect, close to great restaurants and bars - very easy to enjoy a few beers and then wonder back to your bed. The beach is clean and when we visited was very quiet.

Review 26：Morning breakfast was always the same, the same problem everyday occured with the salt on the table that we couldn't use. It was annoying every morning although everyday I was asking the same thing. For the remaining when we arrived there were trashes on the floor in front of our bungalow. It is an expensive hotel and not worth the price.but it seems that every hotel in phu quoc has the same problem in terms of price-quAlity. The bathroom wasn't lighted enough

Review 31：Great location with very helpful staff Large air conditioned rooms with fans. Cleaned daily. Breakfast is more than adequate. Beds and brollies on the beach get anywhere near one and the staff are on you with a great mattress for these. The beach is white and sandy and the sea shallow once your in it. About 1 mile from resort centre whose centre would be the fish night market. However, just outside the hotel you haves access to in excess of 10-12 good restaurants and the Australian's "Rory's Bar" next door right on the beach. Taxi in to town about £1. Beer varies and starts at just 30p for a large Green Saigon. Massage on the beach £4 for 40 mins. Hotel is about 3-4 miles from airport so about £3-4 for the taxi.

Review 33：THE ROOM IS AWESOME. Even though I travel alone, I can imagine how it would be like if I have family or friends with me. It is very clean, and it has beach at your doorstep!

Review 34：The restaurant closed straight after breakfast which was frustrating as we wanted to purchase beverages etc throughout the day, so we had to go next door. There was very little in the way of toiletries, so best to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, soap etc.

Review 35：The resort is right on the beach, next door to Rory's Beach Bar, which is fantastic, and La Verandah restaurant, which had terrific food. The WiFi was excellent and extended throughout the property from the chalets to the beach front. Staff were accommodating and the rooms were clean.

Review 36：the room was nice, we went for a big room with a double and single bed which was lovely. the beach area is small but private - think you would fight for sunbeds if the resort was full. the bar only served a few drinks, but it was right next door to the only beach bar Rory's - so great for basic food and late night drinks. very near to lots of beach front restaurants which was good too.

Review 44：Long Beach wasn't really the place for us. Very busy area. The resort is also quite narrow with only a small bit of beachfront - not that this really matters as you can walk along the front in either direction.

Review 47：Staff were excellent and did everything they could to make us happy including lending me their motorbike to run into town, getting me a mosi net for our room (as mosi's love my blood) and everything in between. The sea is literally at the bottom of our path (about 30m) and the beach is beautiful with amazing sunsets. For those commenting there is no pool.....why would you need one when you have a beautiful warm clean sea 20m away from your room? P.s its now called the Coral Bay Resort not the Rocosy but if you get a taxi from the airport tell them the Rocosy as they don't know the new name yet. Bungalows are great, spacious, tidy, very clean and like new. Beds are very comfortable.

Review 48：The stone inside the bungalows is actually wall paper, all the interior forniture is dated. In the "private" beach there are just a few deckchairs on a small strip of sand, the others are all piled in a corner covered with tarpaulins. Cleaning ladies not really attentive to their guests, forgot to replace items from the bathroom. Rory's, the bar next door blasts music way late so you need ear plugs to sleep (for the bungalows near the beach)

Review 49：The grounds and the outside of the bungalows are nice, every bungalow has a covered patio/terrace with wood deckchairs and a coffe table, and the location of the hotel is good.

Review 74：Not very good value for money - $110 is really expensive for what you get here Service is lacking - no one comes to take drinks orders when you're on the sun beds (or take away the empties when you have managed to order something) 5% 'service' charge is added to all food and drinks, in addition to the 10% they add on to the room... I'm not entirely sure what for! We asked them to fix the broken light in our bathroom when we checked in - by the time we checked out it still wasn't done. Overall this hotel needs to up its game to charge those sorts of prices - we have stayed in many other resorts in Asia that were much better value for money.

Review 76：When we arrived staff told us there was no bungalow for us and they had arranged a bungalow in a nearby resort. That was not by the sea. They would not understand why I was angry. They did not offer us a discounted rate. We had to argue to get a cheaper rate for the room. The other bungalow was nice, with a beautiful pool. Nicer than the bungalows in rocosy actually; which are lovely but poor AC and slippery bathroom floor. Beach on resort is nice but small and overcrowded. Breakfast disappointing. Overall i think you can get better value for money elsewhere. Mostly disappointed at poor customer service tbh.

Review 84：expensive (for vietnam) a well as what you can have for the same money in other countries. but compared to the prices next door for less quality i would ALWAYS choose Rocosy. Second floor by reception (the standard or superior room) is way too noisy. You can hear everything on the street as well as the reception themselves. Wakeup is guaranteed at 7am if not earlier. All the rooms are EXACTLY the same as we changed rooms 4 times. (due to extended time ) so there is no difference to have superior or seaview deluxe. To be honest the sea view deluxe is close to the beach but too close to the restaurant and beach so it might get too overwhelming at times. i did prefer the location more closer to the reception or just in the middle. However walls are made from paper and its not the neighbours in the resort who are the worry but the neighbours from the other resort behind the wall. Wifi doesn't work on the beach for iPhone 5 (all the rest yes), and on 2nd floor the reception is very poor.

Review 85：Very good location. Not too crowded, but plenty of food options within minutes away. Rocosy in general is clean and very relaxing. Soon enough you will know everyone and staff is very friendly. The beach beds are comfy and even the others want to sit there constantly. Trick is to put you towel during breakfast on the seats so you will end up with your "rights" and no pass-by-walker will take it. Breakfast was good with options to westerns. Sad however that they are not able to sell their restaurant and bbq in the evening on the beach as all the others in the neighbourhood. I do recommend to try the restaurants rocosy flaming shrimps and cheese shrimp which comes together with a very good price. You would think its more expensive than rest but if you see the sizes of the shrimps and compare now with the rest, you end up getting more for that money. Very clean as well. Safe bet. In general we were happy. I did reserve initially for 5 days and then just extended for all remaining of the vacation (20 days)
