Review 1：Superb hotel, all the facilities you could want for great value. Great room, very comfortable bed. Staff very helpful. Pool lovely and great breakfast.

Review 2：absolutely perfect position, steps from the pier, directly on the market; the view from the small swimming pool at 8th floor is simply breathtaking. Superior room is quite a suite.

Review 3：Location was not good. Arriving by taxi you must come through a tunnel. The street in front is the wet market street and is cluttered with vegetable and fish sellers and motorbikes so near impossible to navigate. Very dark at night. 3 blocks to the beginning of the riverside street. No taxis. The staff were friendly but had limited English.

Review 8：The hotel charged 100.000 VND for small facetowel because i used it but they can't wash it and they asked me pay for it. That unbelievable! They are 4* hotel and they said they can't wash the facetowel i used to eat mango.

Review 9：The hotel is starting to show signs of wear. The property ownership will need to get on top of it before it becomes run-down. Our room had an ant problem. They were all over the desk, bureau, and coffee station.

Review 10：Centrally located. Clean-ish property, with very attentive staff. The breakfast buffet was really nice - lots of variety. The market area in front of the hotel is interesting (a bit stinky).

Review 11：The location is not good for a 4 star hotel. Difficult to find place and the car cannot get in the front gate. The front is a fish market. In my room, there is weak wifi and can not use internet. I do think that it worth a 3 star hotel. When I order the receipt, the staff ask me for 15 or 20% due to order from Booking.com.

Review 21：We asked for a taxi to the busstation in order to catch a bus. The girl at the reception recommended that she would arrange a shuttle bus as it would be much faster and for free. The shuttle bus arrived 30 minutes too late and we were only just in time for our connecting bus. The girl at the reception kept telling us it was only a few minutes more every time we asked, but she clearly had no idea.

Review 22：Spacious bathroom with a nice view over Can Tho. Decent breakfast selection and located in the middle of a street market.

Review 23：For those wishing to stay, be sure to check how many towels are presented to you. As i checked out i was accused of taking one of their towels which wasn't in my toom in the first place, thus having to pay a surcharge due ti their stubborness. The ducted air conditioning within the room seems to both take air in and out, then circulating it around the floor. I discovered this as i smelt cigarette smoke wafting throughout my room around midnight, which came from the air conditionet.

Review 24：The swimming pool is very small with only a couple of loungers. The street immediately outside the hotel is interesting but not as clean as it is further up the riverfront, however it is very central on the most important street, a short walk from the pier, and all the attractions so this really isn't a problem.

Review 25：It is a brand new hotel, sparkling clean, luxury feel, enormous room with entrance lounge area and bathroom with both shower and bath (deluxe room), well insulated from noise, good air conditioning and wifi reception. Comfortable big bed, nice computerised switch system, friendly staff. Extremely good value for money, decent breakfast. They did not charge us for the room service we once ordered as they were a little late bringing it, a nice gesture.

Review 32：If you are a light sleeper you may prefer a room at the back of the hotel as the market is noisy throughout day and night. Also the small diesel boat engines can be load. Though personally this didn't bother us at all it was great to see all the action. However we did eventually move room as we could hear every hour some sort of ring tone during the night every hour... we assumed it was from the cleaners room next door but hard to say. Though the staff was extremely understanding and moved us without questions.

Review 40：The central location of the hotel, perfect for a trip to the local market and above all to embark on cruises to the floating markets. We arranged the tour directly to the hotel with a boat "private" just for us (instead of the usual boats that ferry up to 15 tourists), we loved it!

The building and the room are modern, clean and very comfortable. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful (buffet style) and varied. You can also rent bicycles for free! This hotel is great value for money!

Review 68：The hotel is located on market street which means that taxis cannot drive there, you have to go throught the busy street full of people and motorcycles with your luggage. The street is also very dirty and smelly due yo the market. Generally the location is good, because it is close to restaurants and river from where the boats are heading to floating markets.

Review 70：The buffet of the breakfast including the warm coffee has unfortunately only be at 6:30AM ready instead of 6AM. We couldn't therefore take it because we had to take our taxi to the airport. So we paid for it but we couldn't enjoy it. What a shame, very poor service!
