Review 1：The unfriendly man at the front desk first gave us the key to a dingy room that did not match the pictures I was shown by Booking. Frustrated and tired I went back to the front and asked if he had given us the correct room. He said yes and asked what we were advertised. I said that it was a room with a king bed and a jacuzzi in the bathroom. It was one of the reasons we chose the hotel. After hagaling he gave us the keys to the room with a jacuzzi.

Review 2：When we finally got the room that booking had showed me pictures of. We love the jacuzzi.

Review 3：The bathroom and bedroom doors didn't shut properly. The fridge had a large dent in it from the bedroom door, which incidentally, opened in the wrong direction. The closet door often came off the track.

Review 4：Staff was great. Quick to offer a solution to a minor problem with the reservation. Kitchenette was exactly what we needed.

Review 5：Stayed 3 days. Second and third day the bolster was left on the floor instead of being placed on the bed. Bending is a bit of a problem for me. I used the only pack of decaf coffee the first day but it wasn't replaced.

Review 6：I had not booked a handicapped room but the person checking me in noted my cane and put me in a handicapped room. I appreciate his thoughtfulness.

Review 7：The staff was very unfriendly, the bed was very uncomfortable with very small pillows that we had to purchase our own. There was a very fowl order and to top it all there was a huge cockroach in the bathroom.

Review 9：I purchased a room with a jetted tub and was given a room with a normal tub. I talked to the person at the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do. I was really disappointed since my fiancé and I specifically booked a room with this feature online and weren't guaranteed it upon arrival.

Review 11：Place was being renovated and we were in an older room. The carpet was coming up a little by the bathroom door and a tile was broken. Maid didn't empty the room trash for 3 days, just the bathroom trash. Desk chair had coffee spilled on it, sheet had old stains. Luggage trolley had a flat tire, and only saw one.

Review 17：The staff was amazing at getting us into a corner room on the top floor that was much bigger than we had booked so that we would have plenty of room and quietness for our small infant. It was a dream! And the breakfast was hands down the best budget hotel breakfast I've ever had.

Front Desk lady said if we booked with booking.com, we would have these type of issues and that's why they didn't recommend booking.com. She said all rooms were sold out. When I reminded her booking.com wouldn't be able to sell BW rooms without BW consent, she asked if I wanted to cancel my reservation (at 11:30pm.) When I told her that her approach was not acceptable, she decided to find a room with a sofa bed for us.

Review 29：Considerably more expensive and not as nice as the Best Western we stayed in the previous 2 nights. Certainly decent and I would stay there again but I do feel it was over priced.

Review 30：I wish they served more than microwave burritos for the hot breakfast. I also stayed in Wilmington at Best Western and they served cheese omelets, sausage and also offered hard boiled eggs. Took 2 days for coffee pot to be replaced. It was warm out, but pool and area was closed

Review 35：1. Check-in took 20+ minutes as the front desk attendant told us they "must have booked the last room at the same time [we] made our reservation." This was only resolved when the same attendant advised us he was kicking someone else out of their room and that the later shift attendant "would have to deal with that when I'm gone." 2. A telephoned request for extra pillows (there were 3 square pillows on the KING bed) was met with a sigh and a "When I get a few minutes," which needed to be followed-up with an in-person desk visit 35 minutes later, only for the attendant to (rather quickly) retrieve the pillows. 3. Missing grout (!!) and mismatched tiles in the shower don't look very cute.

Review 49：Entry road is not well marked (due to city ordinance for ground-level signs only). If you are driving back from restaurants & shopping, you have to make a U-turn on a busy road to get to the entrance. Air conditioner was noisy.

Review 50：Even though this is an older property, our room & linens were clean and the beds were comfortable. The lobby area has been recently updated with sitting areas, computer stations, coffee and microwave. There is a small refrigerated case & pantry for snacks. Breakfast was good, although granted the eggs probably are powdered. They served TURKEY bacon, well done & crispy, along with pork sausage links. Also a pancake maker, along with dairy, cereal & juice. The staff was excellent. Very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Convenient location to lots of corporate food (Olive Garden, Red Lobster etc) within walking distance if desired, as well as shopping. This isn't a 5-star hotel with gourmet chefs, but all in all it is well worth the price per night.

Review 51：Stayed here for two nights. The member of the staff at check out was on the phone for approximately 5-8 minutes before he addressed me. He seemed disinterested.I found this to be discourteous. At breakfast time when I mentioned to staff person retorted that the bacon was cold, she abruptly retorted that she was not present as she had just arrived. She seemed defensive and it not her problem.The staff members lack training. Our room which was located at the back of the hotel was noisy and people kept coming in and out after a smoke. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. I question how this establishment received AAA diamond rating. we are seasoned travelers, the stay here put a damper on our trip and grateful to be at Hampton Inn and suites
