Review 2：I like the location and how clean the rooms and facilities are. The breakfast is very good, i have to go back for more. The hotel has got a nice view overlooking a lake with fountain.

Review 3：Very loud-next to highway! Pillows horrible and the toilet would not flush. They did try to fix the toilets when requested. Morning breakfast...somewhat lame compared to Courtyard, etc...

Review 10：There was a cat family living in the pool area that the staff is aware of and also feeds, the kids thought it was great but they were fine and didn't bother the guests. I told them the first day that both of our phones didn't work and said they would send maintenance, didn't, reminded them the second day said they would send them right away, never repaired the phones for our 3 night stay.

Review 11：The pool and hot tub were nice. The hot breakfast in the morning was good, waffle station, hot egg and meat selection every morning, yogurt oatmeal cold cereal pastries and a few other things. Not over the top but good enough and saved us a lot of money on another meal we didn't have to buy and the kids enjoyed it and all the options. Room was nice, having two separate rooms was nice.

Review 12：Although the breakfast was free and for the most part it was great. I have stayed at this location three times in the past recent months and each time the grits were very poorly cooked. It was like they just put them in hot water and that was it.

I honestly couldnt have been more happier with my stay. From now on I will be staying with Best Western for all My traveling that I continue to do!

Review 16：The public bathroom sinks were not working and I couldn't wash my hands. I requested extra towels and they never came. I had to request the towels a second time and they arrived within 10 minutes. The beds need more cushion such as a mattress pad. If they have one already they need to be upgraded.

Review 28：We arrived early(just before 1pm)and asked if it was possible to check in. Jermaine at the front desk said he had nothing available but to check back with him in an hour. We checked back twice and finally at 2:55 he had our room available!!! Really? Our room was on the 5th floor and the king size bed had a wow in it that would make you roll into the center! The floor was gritty which seemed as though it wasn't vacuumed. Pool was cleaned when we were there. But instead of vacuuming dirt up he swept it all to the deep end and left it there!! Generally speaking for $150.00 a night I expect better.

Review 111：my 2nd visit and both times the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us good advice and directions to find our shopping centres. The location gives easy access to I95 and to Sawgrass Mills, Flea Market and many other shopping centres.

Review 112：We had to wait 20 mins to get into our rooms. We arrived at 12:20am and didn't get into a room until 12:40am. Our original room was supposed to be 546 but we could get in & when the maintenance man came to help he couldn't get in either. We then had to wait to be assigned a new room. The bathroom floors were dirty and the light switch when you first walk in, did not work. The night staff didn't seem to have any patience and it wasn't appreciated.

Came back down and waited another 30 min to find out that was all that was available. So I had to take the lost 2 hours and go find somewhere else. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Review 121：I didn't like the noise when my room faced 95. The elevators were gross. Hairpiece left behind one morning. Spit on the floor the next. Overall run-down feel, a/c or exhaust dirt on ceiling. Noisy water or a/c sound all day and all night in wall next to TV. Almost a white noise. Carpets need replacing and they are supposedly doing that. No heat and it got cold... Extra blanket was requested and it was very low quality and had holes in in

Review 122：I loved the staff, especially Jackie in sales and Jermaine at front desk who was so helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel has new owners and they are in the process of upgrading. Breakfast was plentiful, good and popular. Way more than Continental fare. Free Wifi. They were in the process of upgrades while I was there. It felt very safe in that area and the pool looked very nice. Great view of lake next to it.

Review 123：Stayed here 4 yrs ago excellent. Today it is in a state of decay, soiled carpets, damage to cabinets, interior etc. - wifi sucked, had to go to lobby and still poor service. Fortunately Got poor connection to wifi in adjacent hotel. - hotel could not connect me to long distance phones - mgt is doing as little mtce as possible. - likely would not return.

Review 125：A complete dump that prompted us to cancel our reservation, get back in a taxi, and drive to another hotel. We asked for a non-smoking room and they gave us a smoking room, only increasing our disgust with what is better described as a refugee camp than a hotel. Unclean, smelly beyond words, old and falling apart, grafitti in the elevator, and with cleaning staff that will just stare at you in confusion when you try to get around their cleaning cart that completely blocks the dilapidated hallway. Not worth it unless you're a cheap drug dealer needing a room for nothing more than a transaction.
