Review 1：seems weird; but no usa channel on the cable line up

Review 2：pretty much everything. location, value, pool, gym, priximity to restaurants and such. value coupons for other hotels.

Review 3：Thank you to the staff! I feel at "home " and comfortable each time I stay there. I walk in the front door and it's not a lobby, but a warm family feeling as I am welcomed to my home away from home!

Review 10：I was there for four nights, and three of those nights I was alone onbusiness. On the final night my husband joined me in town. He met me atmy work site in the afternoon, and then we went out to dinner. We didnot go back to the room until around 8:30 pm. When we did the room hadnever been made up. When we called the front desk, the clerk'sanswer was "Well, what do you want me to do about it? Housekeepingall leave at 3pm" She finally offered to bring up fresh towels, butnever showed (We were forced to go to the desk and get some). When wedid we learned that she was probably the only staff person there thatnight. In a hotel that has at least 150 rooms!! We received no offer ofdiscount or really even an apology for not having the room made up...noteven a discount on future stays. S... happens, but an unmade roomdeserves at the least an apology and a future discount. Not "Whatdo you want me to do about it anyway"?

Review 14：I don't recommend staying here unless you absolutely have to. Verysmelly and dirty. Mold in bathroom and wallpaper peeling of. Bed was ok,but far from comfortable. Pictures on website are deceiving.

Review 15：Dirty socks on floor under desk. Shaving hair in sink and counter. Dirty mirror. Front desk refused to give us towels for the pool so we used little ones from the gym.

Review 17：Floor was more than a little dirty and stained, white chunks of something under the edge of the dresser on the floor. Was disappointed with carpet that made me not want to take my shoes off.

Review 19：Rooms were rather dated. The outdoor access door had a faulty lock that my brother in law had to repair. There was NO breakfast provided:(( We were told to patronise the Red Lion restaurant next door which was their sister company. That was a big disappointment. Especially since, Elko is located in the middle of nowhere! How difficult is providing free breakfast? I would certainly not come back to any hotel that does not provide free breakfast.

Review 20：Location was good with accessibility to supermarkets, diners etc.

Review 21：Property was old and had not been modernized outside the rooms (hallways, elevators, etc.) Elevator alarm went off and stayed on for hours before personnel from the motel took care of it. TV remote had low batteries, thus hardly functioned at all. Bathroom was old looking, had cracked porcelain in sink and tub.

Review 22：Rooms were reasonably clean, bed was reasonably comfortable. Price was competitive. Elevator, though old, was useful.

Review 23：Very poor customer service. Pillows are size of travel pillows, blankets are terrible, thin and scratchy. Called front desk to request a couple pillows, blanket and the crib that was requested, the response was that he would not be able to get any of that until 3 or so in the morning! I said that we could go to the front desk to pick up but he said that he couldn't do that because he would have to leave the front desk to go get them! This was our first night... The second night, I couldn't get the internet to work... I had a time sensitive think that I needed to do for work. I called the front desk and get the same employee. He said that "considering how they don't control the internet, there is not anything that he can do, but he would give me the number to the internet provider if I would like to call them".

Review 25：The pool was the only reason we picked this hotel and it was closed with no offer to fix the problem. Other hotels are nearby and could have been offered their pool. Or a discount. Or something. Nothing was offered. No breakfast. The person at the front desk didn't seem to care less about us. The cleaning staff was exceptionally nice. The other staff could take notes from them.

Review 27：The stairwell and outside corridors were dirty. The decor was somewhat dated - especially the bathroom. Room 225 needs a new sink

Review 29：We were disappointed with the entire experience - carpets in hallways were filthy, bed was just bearable for comfort. The room lighting was useless for anything but telling you where you were in the room, and one of the lights didn't even work. Sink had cracked and broken out near drain, no effort made to repair, even cosmetically. Bath vent cover was dusty. Hair in bathtub, and the shower curtain hung just to the top of the tub, useless for keeping shower spray in the tub!

Review 30：It was close to where we were visiting, and the price seemed reasonable. We had stayed here several years ago and liked it. If you're on a budget, it works, but take a good look at the room before you register!

Review 31：Smoke. You can tell that people smoke inside and it is very apparent. Also no breakfast. This would be a great improvement!

Review 35：there were several pay by the week guests there when we stayed. some of them were fighting in the parking lot over their dog and acted and looked like they were tweekers. Another guest left her kids in her car so she could run upstairs to get a baby bottle and her 3 year old got out of the running car and was wandering around the parking lot crying. I went out to the parking lot and stayed with the children until the mother came back out to the car. I don't think this was the staff's fault. It's hard to know how every guest will act.

Review 36：the staff was helpful and friendly. the spa and pool were nice. They had a place for us to drop our horse trailer while we stayed there and the room was easy to access from both the outside and inside areas. Most of the guests were also polite business travelers.

Review 73：The fact that when my husband went to take a shower there was no hot water. We called down to the front desk to ask what was going on and they said "We need to turn the boilers on" I mean seriously its a hotel... should the boilers to heat the water be running 24/7. The blankets on the bed where very thin and made there were no other blankets in the room so we were cold unless we cranked the heat up and then we were to hot to sleep. The pillows for a king bed where too small and too few. The room was way over priced for what you got. we paid around 90 dollars a night to take cold showers, freeze or overheat and fight for pillows.

Review 77：The whole place is a bit run down and dirty. Not the nicest smell. The beds are very small - we weren't able to sleep in the queen together. And the beds aren't comfortable either. Plus the pool was a bit dirty.
