Review 1：We had to move rooms b/c we had no hot water. We were awakened during the night by drunken couple physically fighting on the 3rd floor. Sheets needed to be changed because they were stained. Cigarette butts in the hallway.

Review 9：Very low tech security on doors (not really a big deal) Walked into adark room. There was sand everywhere, literally, everywhere! In the bed,in the pillows, in the sink, I the drawers.... The sand in the bed madeit like sleeping on sand paper and the rock hard bed didn't help atall. Further more the tv was this little 12 inch tv from the 70s which Imay add did not work Honestly I should be getting a refund. For what Ipaid I should have gotten much more from this place!

Review 11：mold was in the air in the bar 5 industrial fans. room had a/c on high turning it off made the room smell. no mgt. for drunk patrons as it lasted till after 4 am breaking bottles as they arrested her after there second call. sink was not in the bathroom. room was not in good condition as a chair looked moldy. you gave it an 8 as I would give it a 3. you should do more homework on your places as a poor one was probably better. a slight refund but not enough for a bad night. not happy with your service as well. no entertainment as well as you said so.

Review 19：No telephone, radio/alarm clock, luggage rack, hangars to use on the clothes rack, paper (looked like placemats) for tub/shower, small old tv, NO WiFi in room (understood from ad it was available all over but was told the concrete walls inhibited it.) The front door of my room had a big nasty mark on it. Prime place for a "Hotel Impossible" segment.

Review 37：This is not a family oriented hotel. I thought it was very much suited for college students rather than families. The parking situation was absolutely horrible.

Review 39：The beds where horrible - mine was on a slant and my friends just sunk in the middle she could hardly get out. There is no over head light so when you walk in it's dark until you can find a light. The door stuck bad so to try to open it you had to really pull and really push to get back in. An older person may not have had the strength. Parking is 2 blocks away if the place is full and if you are older then you are either leaving someone at the door to watch your things or you are dragging it with you down the road. The restaurant is horrible and they usually have young kids that don't know what they are doing so don't expect any star service there.

Review 40：It is very convenient - you walk right out on to the boardwalk and it is centrally located to other restaurants so basically everything is within walking distance.

Review 41：Hotel was in poor shape. Our room was 7 feet from the back entrance (door always left open) of a restaurant kitchen where deliveries were made. felt like a dirty back alley. Room had abort 10 dead flies on the window sill. One of the mattresses sunk one side significantly

The pool water left a film over your body which wasinteresting. The copping around the pool was painted white but wasactually black from dirt.

Review 60：From alabama first time visiting the jersey shore and loved it! This hotel gave the perfect experience and perfect axcess to the boardwalk. The staff helped us figure out the extra parking more than once. Loved the jersey shore actually lovedo the show and decided to stay here because the cast visited the bar. Also we couldn't hear the bar noise from the room always a plus!

Review 63：This is a "twenty-something" party hotel now. There was a lot of noise, yelling, loud music, and banging in adjacent rooms and in the hallway (including right in front of our door-which had an inch or better opening at the bottom). There was also a constant "strange skunk-like smell" in the hallways during the height Of activity. Beds dropped on one side and had silverfish in sheets. No wi-fi available in the rooms; was told we could access outside of our room, but never saw any access. Booked at one price and was contacted to have price raised. Aztec stated it was a Booking.com error. Either way, rate raised and no voucher as promised. Also, no beach pass as told would be available (Aztec said not until July??) This was once a good memory for our family vacations; now we've decided this would be our last stay.

Review 64：Location has always been the draw for our family. The Aztec sits right on the boardwalk. Staff was friendly and tried to help as best they could.

Review 65：The majority of the staff was very very nice and welcoming while one specifically was the exact opposite. Shouldn't be the case for the group spending the most money on the most rooms in the resort. Especially with many guests from our crowd looking to be repeat visitors. Talk about bad business.

Review 66：The balcony overlooking the boardwalk and the pool was a great touch. The boardwalk being 10 steps from your room is an awesome luxury as well. Cleanliness, facilities, etc on par with all other hotels in the area. Overall, easy place to have fun at.

Review 69：Wasn't expecting quiet solitude, but wasn't expecting an all out riot of teenagers (20 to 30) checking in and getting drunk and smoking pot at 3:00 AM. Security even though they were present, did nothing to stop the 3 hour plus constant door slamming, wall pounding and chaotic romps as the kids stumbled from room to room, shouting obscenities. I blame the hotel security for having no respect that other guests were at the hotel and doing nothing to control the situation at all.

Review 87：hotel is outdated - First nite we had about 5 young teens in the room next to us. I believe they were there with their parents. The parents had rooms down the hall and they put all the kids in the one room. The kids must of returned to the room about 11 pm and from that point on were just being normal loud kids having a good time, but with no adult present to quiet them down, we didnt get any sleep till they finally crashed at about 2:30 am. The second night the hotel did change our room to a pool side room, the music from bar woke me at about 11:30, but it was a dull background music, so it wasn't that bad.

Review 88：The Hotel was very, very clean. Location you could not of asked for better. Staff went above and beyond being accommodating, we had a problem with our AC, they replaced it right away. Clients in next room were smoking, our room STUNK when we came back to it. They had a maid up there right away to clean and spray freshener.

Review 92：After reading many negative reviews my boyfriend and I were very hesitant in staying at any place at seaside. However I must say we were very happy with this place. First off the location was Amazing. Right across the street from the water park. Go down the stairs and your literally on the board walk at the casino pier. The king size bed was comfy. The office provided us with a beach pass which saved us extra costs at the beach. The pool was convenient when we were tired from the beach and there is a rooftop over looking the boardwalk.

The first 2 nights were nice and quiet however on Sunday night there was the 'after party' for the Electric fest at the pool and it was obscenely loud in our room. In order to try and muffle out the sound we had to turn the TV ALL the way up and could still barely hear it. We are young people and don't mind a little noise or a party HOWEVER this was rediclious and the party was from 10:00 until 3:00am. we should have been warned that this was going to be taking place.
