Review 1：I booked 2 double rooms for 3 of us for 4 nights.On arrival the hotel had only reserved 1 room.Fortunately tell they were able to find a room for my son for 2 nights. The 3rd night a bed was put up in our room although the room was not big enough.On the 4th night another room was found for my son but in another hotel
Review 2：Not immediately obvious from the listing that checkin, restaurant and spa facilities are in a different hotel 150m away.

Review 12：It wasn't really clear where to park. We paid to park at the Sanglier, as that's where you check in. You then walk along the cobbled streets with your bags to the Au Vieux.
Review 13：The building was lovely - right in the heart of the old town. There were no staff there - they were based at the sister property (the Sanglier), so you simply let yourself in and went up to your room. Our room was gorgeous; spacious with a lovely bathroom with bath and walk-in shower.

Review 16：My negative reviews are based on the fact that our reservation wasswitched to another hotel belonging to the same owner. The Hotel AuVieux in Durbuy was not even open on the day we arrived.
