Review 1：The stairs going up to the second floor had parts of carpet missing and small nails were exposed. The room, whole cleaned was very run down. The hallways smelled terribe, like dirty dogs. I know they allow pets, so I'm assuming that's why. We didn't pay very much, but read other reviews and decided to give it a try. Never again! Spend a little more money and get a lot more
Review 2：Disgusting isn't even a strong enough word. We were afraid to use the bathroom thank god we were only here for one night and didn't need to shower because we would've definitely caught something. The beds were awful and made up with paper thin "blankets". when we arrived the door was wide open letting anyone to wonder in so god knows what happened before we got there. There was mold all along the floor boards. The pool was gross. The staff was strange. Check in guy was okay but when I went to check out a woman smoking cigarettes told me I was not allowed in the office and no one was there to check me out so I gave her the key and hoped for the best. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with this property and I will never ever be staying with any hotel affiliated with them. I can't believe that booking.com allows them to rent through their site.

Review 4：Cigarette burns everywhere. Ceiling tiles a Stained and falling down on bathroom. Tub covered on cigarette burns but non smoking room??? Never gave WiFi password.

Review 6：Never picked up dirty towels, had to ask for new ones everyday and they took hours to bring them. There were dirty clothes with a flea running around in one of the drawers. No microwave in our room.

Review 12：The motel is quite expensive for what it is. At $110 a night, I was expecting more. The room I stayed in, room 101, didn't even have carpeting in it! A coffee pot was available, but no coffee? The beds are small (full size) and the mattresses are about as comfortable as sleeping on the floor. The sink/mirror/hair dryer is outside the bathroom, which I found different than most hotels/motels. I would recommend shopping around first before you choose this motel, as you can likely find a better deal elsewhere.

Review 15：Location, only 2 blocks from boardwalk. Bed was so comfortable. Staff was very helpful and always available. Very small hotel nothing fancy but worth the money. Had a great time definitely will return and told all our friends about it.
Review 16：Noone comes in everyday to bring new towels or anything. You haveto do I all on your own. When you firat walk in it says tip for housekeeping and there is no housekeeping.Also, they state that there is a grill which there is but it does not ever work. I brought grill meat for nothing. Other than that everything else is okay.
Review 17：This place is a good place to go to for a getaway. It is not expensive and is walking distance to the boardwalk and beach. The people are very friendly and welcome you and the name is about to be changed to motel 6. The place is comfortable and noone bothers you.
Review 18：Severe rainstorm overnight had the room leaking from EVERY corner of the ceiling.We had towels everywhere!Turns out the entire first floor...OF THREE FLOORS..was taking on water.Could not wait for the night to end so we could check out and find accomodations that where watertight.

Review 20：-Room turned into a water park when it started to rain -The guy who originally checked us in told us we could checkout whenever due to the leakage the night before (we didn't sleep til 4 am, & we had to originally be out by 10 am, & we had to drive all the way to Pittsburg, pa) & around 2 pm some random worker told us we had to leave in 5 minutes. We told them we were allowed to stay as long as we wanted & they didn't allow us to & made us leave. -Suspicious people going in & out at all times of the night.
