Review 1：Run down and in need of repair. TV didn't work and air was on the fritz. Beds very hard and musty smell.

Review 5：We are not the type of people to ever leave reviews for anything, but we feel obligated to inform others of the experience we had. From the moment we tried to check in to the moment we left, the staff was less than friendly. Waiting 10 minutes outside of the office and not even a greeting or "sorry to keep you waiting". The room was a joke. Everything was damaged and grimey. There was sand on the bed, mildew in the shower. We didn't even feel comfortable taking our shoes off in the room. Cigarette butts in the bathroom mirror cabinet. On top of it all, the door didn't close properly and could easily be kicked in, we couldn't trust our valuables to stay in the room. And the pool? We couldn't even walk to our room let alone use the pool due to the drunken clientele shouting obscenities to us. We will never stay there ever again and strongly do not recommend anyone else to either.
Review 6：It was only a block from the beach/Boardwalk and other restaurants. Free beach passes were also useful.
Review 7：Upon arriving to check in, we were appalled by the run-down condition of the hotel and its rooms. The young, male attendant tried to offer us differen rooms both in this hotel as well as other adjacent hotels owned by same management. Although he was very nice and polite, each room was worse than the other--flies flying around, dark and dingy, musty odor. My wife and I ended up not staying. Luckily we found an excellent hotel about two blocks away. I filed a complaint with booking.com. The associate said he would attempt to continue calling the hotel management for at least a partial refund, but a day later, no word as of yet. My wife and I feel disappointed and cheated. Never again...

Review 9：We didn't like anything about our room. The pictures on this website aren't even close to what it was like. The room smelled like urine, we couldn't even open our room all the way because the bed was directly infront of the door. The sheets and blankets were filthy, we didn't even sleep on them. We had our own blankets for the beach, we used those to lay on and didn't cover up. There was nothing good about this place. The room had bugs all over it, the microwave didn't work, the television was tiny and had very minimal station selections. There was no free wifi. The BBQ grill was falling apart and lopsided. Not once did we have our shoes off in this filthy place. We didn't even use the shower because it was too tiny and yet again dirty, we were even afraid to use the toilet. We only had the bathroom light to light up the entire room because the ceiling light didn't work.
Review 10：EVERYTHING ELSE! Super dirty and extremely disgusting. There was hardly any room for one to move around, sheets had visible yellow stains and other questionable stains. The bathroom was dirty and gross, there was no hook or anything in closet. NOTHING LIKE PICTURES! The staircase feels like it's going to collapse under you. Overall it was a horrible place to stay at and do not recommend to anyone.

Review 16：Hated it. Bed was uncomfortable, floors were sticky, fridge was dirty, flys all over room. Stains on sheets. Burnholes in blankets. Deffinately not worth 200 dollars.Biggest dump I have ever stayed in. Maybe a full renovation would be nice but still a bad excuse for a motel.

Review 19：Parking lot staff was vicious he was placing a boot on my daughters car upon arrival. The room smelled like smoke. The hotel has several long term residents who smoke a lot. Room had 4 flies. I had to leave in the morning. Not a nice place for a family beach vacation. I moved to another hotel in the am and was charged for 2 nights.

Review 21：Outlets did not work so we could not use them for anything. Could not use microwave due to location and wire was not long enough to reach an outlet. Bed sheets had sand on them and room was very small. Cable stations were very minimal so my 7 yr old was not able to watch anything age appropriate.

Review 23：Bathroom size is undesirable. No curtains. Broken mini blinds. Doors barely shut. Fence to pool was broken and would pop out at random times. Nails sticking out of stairs. Pictures are not what they may seem. Room with 2 full beds does not have enough room to even move around. A/c in room didn't seem to get as cold as the temp setting.

Review 25：It is really not a place for families. To many drunk kids and adults accually.u had to bring ur own charcoal for runner down bar b ques. Bring own pots and pans and plates. Not very clean at all.

Review 27：The shower would go from burning your skin to way too cold. Their really was no happy medium with the shower. The linen was dirty and stained. (Bring your own linen if you stay here!) Also the shower did not seemed to be cleaned after the last couple. As well as the whole room was very poorly cleaned. (Bring Lysol wipes!) We had used a whole can of Lysol wipes within 30 minutes of arriving. Lastly the noise from the bars around and people outside on the balcony can deffinatly keep you up some nights!

Review 31：The motel was a dump to put things lightly. Looks nothing like the pictures online. The bathrooms were disgusting, and at no point did my friend and I ever not have shoes on. We brought our own bedding and slept on top of the already made beds. A neighbor in a different found dirty underware in their sheets. Just not clean at all. Plus the pools filtering system wasn't working either.

One evenhad to leave at 3am because there were little bugs all over the entireroom! (On the floors, ceiling, walls) We had to beg to get our roomswitched since we couldn't get a refund. Definitely the mostdisgusting place I have ever had the misfortune of staying in! Therewere noticeable stains and cigarette holes on the sheets.. Little blackhair in the sink.. And the room had a terrible smell. The cleaning ladywas rude when we switched rooms, and looked as if she had a "roughnight," or couple months for that matter. It felt like a bad dream!It's unfortunate that this place didn't get taken away with thehurricane!
Review 39：Dirty, comforters didn't match and all stained, bathroom was disgusting, floors were not clean, door knob just sinned had hard time getting out. Towels they left were gross and all stained. For 200 a night very disappointing.

Review 49：I liked the fact that it had a kitchen and fridge so its like being home and very spacious, theres also a grill by the pool which is awesome. The hotel is only a block away from the boardwalk and close to everything the owner was also very nice and tried his best to cater to our needs.

Door lock was not secured, had to call to fix it 5. Bathroom sink was Dirty 6. Toilet did not have enough water pressure to flush 7. There was a table and a lamp between the Bed but not power outlet, Lamp was just a show. 8. Floor was sticky. 9. Refrigerator was dirty and I was afraid to even put something in it 10. We were there for 2 days but no one ever came to do housekeeping, only 3 towels were provided, had to go and ask for couple more next day.

Ifyou didn't sit in the center of the mattress it would flip off thebed. It was skeevy and I was afraid to sleep under the covers.Completely over priced!! I paid $360 for a crime scene looking motel foronly 2 nights. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

There also looked to be a bird's nest popping out of the ceiling tiles - literally.The front door didn't close properly (we felt unsafe). I will not recommend to stay here.
Review 65：Can't beat the location. One block from the boardwalk. They also give you a parking pass for one car for the lot next door.
Review 66：The room was dirty. There were stains on the sheets and clean towels. The cabinets were missing doors. The fridge had stuff spilt all over it. Around the stove looked like it hadn't been swept in years. The window had no screens. The front desk was not accommodating at all, very rude and disrespectful. In order to get an extra towel you had to return the original two they gave you. I was told we could have two cars so I drove separately than my friends and checked in. When my fiancee arrived with our friends, they told him he couldn't park in the lot. We had to pay for two overnight parking passes in a separate lot. It cost us an extra $70. The pool was supposed to open at 9 and both days it was closed until at least 12 noon when we left for the beach. For $486 for a two night stay, this was absolutely unacceptable.
