Review 1：Breakfast each morning was amazing. Room was so comfy. Loved wandering around the property. Kim was so kind. It was like you actually lived there. Oh so quiet. Loved all the treats and drinks. I will return.

Review 9：The spaciousness of the suite surprised me! I was expecting something much smaller. The bedroom and attached kitchen/living room were wonderful, plus a fireplace and a spa bath to boot. I loved learning about the history of the house and property, which is prominently and proudly displayed throughout the house. Ask about the paintings...you'll be amazed. OH - and best breakfast I think I've ever had. Recommend!
Review 10：Loved the history of this home. The furnishings and the art were beautifully arranged to support the heritage of this B&B. The bed was super comfy! Breakfast was a feast not only for the tummy, but for the eyes too. Will return next time in Lincoln.

Review 13：Wet carpet on your bare feet when getting into bed. Owner has tried to find cause of leak but no success. I felt he could have provided a way to cover the wet spot. Would have liked a comfortable chair to sit in, as the chairs provided were hard, wood seats.
Review 14：We liked being out in the rural, peaceful location. The bathroom was an A+, with Jacuzzi double size tub and beautiful tiles. The snacks and cold drinks were abundant in a refrigerator in the room. The breakfast was very good and pleasing to look at but way too much food.

Review 18：Where do I start? The suite we stayed in was beautiful and spacious. The grounds were lovely. The food was spectacular. The room was really quiet, and Jim's service was top notch. I suggested they put out a larger sign so more people can find them!!!
Review 19：They double booked the room so we did not get the room we wanted and therefore my special request was not met either. Breakfast was also 45 minutes after our requested time. Not to mention they still charged full price of the original room even though the room mix-up was their fault.
