Review 1：Let's start by when we walked in the pool was gross looking. Our room was not clean. There were black hairs everywhere. Keep in mind me and my husband have short blonde hair. The floors were disgusting and we had to wear shoes to take a shower. There was a lonng black hair in my pillow and the sheets and blanket were disgustingly dirty.

Review 3：The price was way to cheap for the location! Thus made it hard for ghetto fabulous trash to resist! Hence where any bad reviews could have possibly fabricated from !
Review 4：The manager was awesome! Someone in another room was playing loud music, she took care of it immediately! I was very impressed @ how down to earth she was . The pool was a nice plus !
Review 5：had to move 2 times because people were fighting the second time we move by the time it was time to go to bed then was a bed bug in my bed was not happy about that someone needs to give me some kind of reason refund

Review 7：No blinds upon check-in had to ask to have installed. The A/C unit was apart in room. The police were there 3X during my stay, with the manager screaming and cursing at the officers, calling them part time summer cops etc.

Review 9：The managers Dawn & Randal were outstanding. They were pleasant and if we ran out of anything they were right there with it as quick as lighting. I stayed there 15 yrs ago and 10 yrs ago and the renovations are great. Would go back next year.My stay this time was 8/17-8/23 still perfect for quite location!

Review 13：The only thing I did not like was the loud siren I heard that woke us all up in the room at 3 am and 4 am. It was insanely loud and lasted for a while. I still don't know what it was or where it came from.

No free parking!!! WiFionly if you stand outside!!! My daughter dropped sunflower seeds and wewere charged extra for the cleaning of sunflower seeds!!! Dont stayhere!!! Worst vacation ever!!!!

Review 17：The place was filthy. I had to wash down the bathroom before we could use the facilities. The sheets we're dirty. The floors were filthy. No place to hang clothing. No refund policy. The owners were sarcastic rude and nosey. Parking was poor and I had to move my car over 1 inch to accommodate the owners wishes.This was a terrible experience and I will never go there again.

Review 19：they gave us secluded room, we have to go thru a room where they keep towels in order to get to our room , looking thru the windows you only can see a wall no parking in the motel for us. Wehad to book in a diferent motel and they didn't give us a refund.

Review 28：The beds and the pillows were like the cheapest of the cheapest , I know it's not The best Western , but I would upgrade on your mattresses and the pillows . The shower stall is tight did adult .

Review 32：What wasn't right was the fact that they had 17 hotel rooms with 10 parking spots which was fine so I had to park a mile away because it was the fourth of July. Check out was 10 am the next morning and the employee knocked on everyone's door at 9:40 am asking to check out. When I asked to have a later check out to get my car because the hotel didn't have any spots and I parked a mile away, the employee said no and that if I didn't check out she would charge me an additional half day. So we had to bring all are bags to the sidewalk and wait for one of us to get the car. God forbid someone took a bag because it was July 4th weekend and we were standing in the middle of the sidewalk. It was crazy in Seaside that weekend. Beware of this motel. I will never stay here every again. They don't believe in customer service, and don't care about their customers.

Review 34：1. Unfriendly manager. Always smoking around a "smoke free environment."2. Parking isn't guaranteed. Its in the fine print. One tenant had checked out and left their car all day and the manager said they tried to contact them, but there was nothing they could do. Sign clearly States violators will be towed. 3. Unpleasant environment. Will never stay again there.
Review 35：hotel was not as appeared in pictures , it was really dingy , bathroom had cracked tiles , old out dated furniture . Pool was def not heated it was freezing and as we were leaving heard cleaning people talking about having to re -room #6 because they found bed bugs in the bed !!!
Review 36：Where to begin? There was a very unpleasant scent, of which we founddifficult to identify. Upon opening the fridge door, we were no longermystified. Did something die in there? The smell was so potent that wecouldn't actually put anything in the fridge without it tasting likeit smelled. Thankfully my 2 kids are young and adaptable enough to sleepin any situation, as one of the 2 beds was a modified sinkhole. All inall, after having traveled through third world countries and not beingphased in the least about sleeping, bathing, or dining conditions,having to pay $301.45 for one nights stay in this place (although it wasJuly 3rd and we did wait till the last minute), was just criminal, in myopinion. &Quot;So why did you stay?" you ask? Well, once thereservation is made on line, there's no canceling it. In the future,I won't trust the posted pictures, when it comes to deciding whetheror not a hotel is what they claim to be.

Couldn't get a hold of anyone from the staff until after 11am because they were sleeping and did not answer the phone or the door to the office. Never offered a refund since we spent 2 night in a hotel with no working toilet even though we paid $500 A NIGHT since it was a festival weekend. Never stay here. Ever.

Review 50：The showers are small. It could be cleaner but it is not icky. It needs a makeover. The beds need another blanket and a more pillows. I don't like having to use the comforter as a blanket and having to use a single pillow. It took 24hrs to get an extra roll of toilet paper. Unless I spoke to the manager, the other staff seemed literally so confused they were not sure if they could give me toilet paper, not to mention the blanket or pillows. All the rooms have double beds. My boyfriend is looking for a more "romantic" locale. He wants a bigger bed. I think he'll deal. This place was great!!!!
Review 51：Location to boardwalk. Convenience Store, grocery, liquor store in walking distance. Pool available 24hrs. SAFE! Police station right on the opposite corner. Great for the teens, the neighbors kids and carefree for the adults. Love the quaint, comfortable environment. Refrigerators and microwaves that work. Walk to Club Karma. Walk to the Jersey Shore House. Can't wait to go back. The prices are fabulous!
