Review 1：I really enjoyed the front desk clerk that evening. We got in late and she was very pleasant and thoughtful. And of course very patient since I was a bit tired from a long foggy night of travel. She had everything in order and was completely ready for us to check in. Your front desk gal was a professional in demeanor as she was in her appearance. A job very well done. Thank you

Review 2：I was double charged for my room and have yet to get my money back. Although the bed was clean it smelled so heavily of bleach that I couldn't sleep. Terrible

In your hotel, when I did that this time --nothing! your advertised the room as clean and it was very clean! I watched your staff check the pool levels and chemicals... he was very intent and I had confidence in your pool. Other hotels I do not let my kids go in the water. Your staff was friendly, knowledgeable & helpful.

Review 46：My original room was next to the laundry facilities and it smelled terrible. My reassigned room was terribly dirty - popcorn on the floor, crumbs and stuck-on food on the chair, a large smear of what appeared to be lotion on the bathroom mirror and hair in the bathroom. The air cond unit next to my room ran pretty regularly and loudly all night. This room was not worth $187 and I will not go back.

Review 49：By far the most comfortable option we've found for the overnight stay in the middle of our relatively frequent driving trips between SF and WY...it is Elko, so wouldn't seek this out as a "destination" stay, but given why we're there we've been very pleased. (Pet-friendly is a requisite for us, too, and this fits the bill there as well!)

Review 52：Was too pricey compared to comparable hotels in the area. The following are only suggestions that in my opinion would take the Inn to the next level: Exercise room needs air conditioning, fresh towels available inside (not just outside in the pool area) and a hamper for used towels, Paper towels to wipe off equipment. Remote for the TV was missing and front desk could not locate....... Otherwise- pretty darn awesome!

Thank you Jesus for saving the day! You have a wonderful employee in him :) A well furnished room with plenty of thought put into it.

Review 56：a/c thermostat cut on and off with no constant low setting. also irresponsible pet owner guests that don't pick up after them... we pick up after ours. recommend pet-owners be encouraged with doggy-do bags.
