Review 1：Swimming pool rather small. Music sounds from the neighbouring yacht club can be a bit noisy (probably just on fridays/saturdays).
Review 2：We were welcomed very warmly and got a lot of information what to do and where to go or eat. The staff generally was very friendly. Big, clean and well furnished and equipped accomodation (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living area, two TVs, coffee table, kitchen table, big balcony, etc.). Rather small complex, but enough space for calm sunbathing close to the swimming pool or close to the landing stage. We saw manatees right from our balcony. Tennis court right in front of the complex.
Review 3：Management staff, they make you strip down the beds, take out all trash down 3 floors, and tell you additional charges will happen when these rules plus more are not followed. They keep card open and on file!

Review 6：Marina with pool and units have balcony facing ocean view. Location ... right next to boat ramp and storage area. Accross from Gilberts and other restaurants.
Review 7：Furniture was cleaned and a very strong chemical smell for me bc I have breathing issues and asthma. Luckily we went when the temp was not too hot and opened the doors for a cross breeze to air out. Baby roach seen on my last day in cupboard; need to spray more often. Stains on the seat at vanity; easy fix...recover it, don't just leave the stains. Bar across the river could be noisy on the weekend if your one to leave the balcony door open for the night breeze. Too far from Key West. Wouldn't call it a resort, I need a beach for a resort.
Review 8：Location was good for us . Good info provided for local restaurants. Mrs Macs and Hobos tried, both excellent. Prices range from 15 to 35 approx. Use the local restaurants; above average, not the chains; below average. Close to shopping. Good location for boating; good connect for bay or ocean. Quiet and clean place stay. Away from the scene.
Review 9：GPS will not get you there. Must call ahead for exact directions. Not great for one night stay -- check out at 10:00 is absolute and must strip the beds.

Review 11：I didn't enjoy being harassed by the security guard for the slightest noise. We were the young couple there and If I knew that I was going to an elderly resort I wouldn't have stayed. You couldn't do this or that or anything but be quiet. The security guard even threatened to call the police on us because of the music on the boat. Totally not a place for 40 and under unless you like silence when you're on vacation. Also there's no housekeeping so room doesn't get cleaned unless you do it.
Review 12：I loved the location and loved that we were able to bring our boat and dock it for a minimal fee. Room was nice and clean!!
Review 13：Sort of confusing the very first time finding it. Very simple after that. Kind of far from everything as it is essentially the first place on the keys.

Review 17：The staff was so wonderful and very accommodating! we stay here for three nights for our mini honeymoon and the view from our room was absolutely gorgeous; I cannot imagine staying anywhere else visiting the keys!
Review 18：The room price was high (almost 2000$ for the week), the suite was small for our family (5 people, 3 young kids), the kitchen was small, no oven, and the bathroom was small as well.

Review 40：Handicap room, Was the only room available. Was not told at time of booking about this rooms features. Very awkward to use a room for several nights that was designed for wheel chairs. Also the baseboard in the washroom was in poor condition- decayed due to moisture Large gaps into the wall due to decayed baseboard.. Furniture was very old and worn. No compensation was offered.

The staff was very friendly &professional. The resort was clean & comfortable with amazinggrounds. One of the places you most check outvis the Fish House not farfrom the resort &Iincredible seafood!
Review 56：The WiFi was a bit weak, but it WAS provided! No OVEN, but for a longer stay one could bring a toaster oven for baking, and they do have nice gas grills on site.
Review 57：The condo was spotless and I couldn't say one negative thing at all! The AC units were cold, the porch and access hall all screened, the kitchen was amply stocked, and it was perfect for a Keys getaway!! The staff was more than courteous and helpful.

Review 65：The view from the balcony was fantastic with dolphins coming in close to the marina. Very large suite with excellent self-catering facilities. The nearby fast road was not a problem at all.
