Review 1：The staff was very friendly. The location is right on the beach which was great. You have to drive to the boardwalk, but it's not a far drive. Our room was clean. It was a great value for a quick weekend getaway!

Review 2：One complaint is that the bathroom is small and there is no place to hang wet clothes or towels at a beach front hotel. We could not hook up to the wifi in our room, it didn't work.

Review 7：The staff is great and very accommodating!! Gave us many suggestions on places to go and eat at and things to do. It's located right along the beach literally a 1 minute walk and the pizza shop attached to it has great food and also super friendly staff. We will be back

Review 8：Parking was extremely tight & had to worry about not being available at all. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Location was too far away from boardwalk, restaurants, etc. Had to drive everywhere. Pictures on internet were a bit deceiving--very worn & old in reality.

Review 9：Where do I start. Many things were broken in the bathroom and kitchen. It was not very clean. Looked like the décor was bought at the dollar store 20 years ago. Worst of all the air conditioner didn't work. This was the worst room I have ever had. It was very expensive, small, dark, in bad repair and dirty!

Review 27：The room was not updated. The kitchen cabinets were hanging off the hinge. The TV was old and outdated. Wifi password that was given would not work at all. Parking was HORRIBLE. You had to park so close to the next car that there was no way you could even get out of your vehicle. When we tried to spare alittle room between our car we were rudely told move by staff to move into the lines like come on I care about my car and sorry i didn't want any damage done to it while im supposed to be enjoying a vacation.

Review 30：Pool was primarily children. Vacation is understood, but supervision is necessary. In consideration of other guests, screaming children after 10 pm and blaring TV, was annoying, although neither was the fault of the facilities.

Review 32：A/c only in front room a weird vent that had to be turned on to pull a/c into room with beds .no a/c or fan in bathroom. Kitchen cabinets falling off the wall causing doors to hang open personal items swept up in sheets and into laundry eg. Stuffed animal for kid. Luckily finally got it back after arguing with staff. a lot of grief over this with staff also disappointing room really small and no a/c in sleeping area. That was unexpected. Direct tv only had two channels in front/sitting room that flipped back and forth when people in other rooms used their remote. Nothing spectacular here except the short walk to the beach. That is what you pay for . Would never go back .

Review 37：I LOVED the location. The beach is literally 10 steps away from the resort! The rooms were clean. I like how the room was arranged. The bedroom was towards the back so noise wasn't a factor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There seems to be a good mix of young families with kids and adults. We would spend the majority of our days out and about and swim in the evening at the pool and maybe there was 1 or 2 young kids.

Review 41：Loved how close to the beach it was. No need to pack up the car just walk out the front door and walk down to the beach. The owners were seen walking around, very pleasant to all their guests. The facilities were kept pretty clean and finding parking was never an issue. The pool was a good size and also clean.

My closet is bigger than the kitchen and again looks dirty because it is so outdated. I wore my shoes during my stay because I was afraid what I might catch. If you have small children - please do not stay here. It is gross.

Review 78：The beds were very uncomfortable and although bathroom was clean it was located off the kitchen and difficult to get dressed. Our family of 4 with a 7& 8 year old had a difficult time with privately dressing. You either had to have the kids sit in the bedroom and dress in kitchen or have them sit in kitchen and dress in bedroom.

Review 80：The efficiency suite was very small but it was clean and while The beds were very comfortable but the pull out couch was very uncomfortable and there was not a blanket to use for the couch bed. By the time we realized this the office was closed for the night. The refrigerator had rust stains down the front of it although it was very clean and there were spackled areas on the bedroom wall that were not painted.

Review 93：Beds were squishy. When we tried to book a room to return and pick up the computer we left behind, we found weekend rates were four times what we paid during the week. Admittedly, it was Father's Day weekend, but at those prices I consider it a poor value.

The kitchen is great especially if you want to bring snacks and drinks.

Review 111：WiFi didn't work..pool closed early...very small bathroom..no room to put anything..bathroom fan was falling out of the wall..& the only phone in the room. Did not work...I told the guy @ the front desk. He said well now a days. Ppl have cell phones to make calls...I said I would still like a room phone to call other rooms or to order pizza in the area...he didn't care..also the hotel was very far from boardwalk...

However, we were placed in a room that was very close to the next building where construction started at 7am so were very uncomfortably awakened when we were anticipating the ability to sleep in which is why we chose this location. When brought up to the manager, he only nodded and said "Yeah, you're in Room 219? That's loud." So, why not think to put us somewhere else if that was known? Beds not put together (we had to re-mount them) and a bit short.

We were pleasantly surprised and hope to return this spring.

Review 123：The only draw back was we were there on fire mans weekend, the fire man at the hotel took half the parking lot up with tents and games, parking is always a challenge as it is and that made it even harder to park.

The door needs a lock on it higher up, like a slide or bar, we traveled with young children and they can open the doors too easily and potentially wander off, it's really quite scarey that there's no other lock on the door! Other than that, you can't beat the price for this hotel

Review 126：The heated pool is very nice. The beds were very comfortable. Our room had been freshly painted. Clean. The kitchennettes have all the cups, plates, silverware, pots, pans,etc. the hair dryer in the bathroom didn't work properly, and the fan in the wall (we had a 2 room suite 306) was extremely noisy, but necessary because it was the only way to cool the 2nd room because the ac was in the first room. The couch and dining sets need replacing, and they could fit another comfortable chair in the living room area. The parking spaces and stair wells are super tight. All in all, you can't beat the price for the location and the pool is nice (wish they had a hot tub :) we went in the off season so the restaurant was closed 50% of the time. The beach had a lot of garbage left on it, which is really sad (nothing to do with the hotel), but there are tons of garbage cans on the beach throughout, yet nasty people still leave trash all over the beach, it's terrible!
