Review 1：We were overcharged. We questioned the charges but were not given an itemized bill. She just said it was a 16% tax and then miscalculated it twice to deceive us. Later, I provided an accurate bill w/the correct tax and total amount but the office is closed on Sundays so I did not get my money back. The manager originally tried to move us to another facility because she'd overbooked. That's her fault, not mine. Then she told us we would have to stay in a smoking room, even though we'd previously booked a non-smoking room in advance. We insisted on having our room as booked, and eventually received it. Their office hours are lousy. There was no breakfast, no pool, no exercise room, just two towels, no coffee, no cup, no iron or lounge chair in the room, etc. It was very sparse. It was like staying in Motel 3.
Review 2：It was mostly clean and quiet, except for the occasional tromping overhead. No loud parties. There's nothing else good to say about it.
Review 3：Didn't know no coffee pot, lamp by bed, no hand towels, not enough wash clothes. No one at desk in evening and morning. Not sure office hours. My room key never worked even 2nd one.

Review 6：It was quiet and clean. The bed was the most comfortable then the other two places we stayed. The person checking us in gave us advice on ordering pizza from a place that had good pizza and they were correct. The pizza was good.
Review 7：I was scared to allow my daughters to walk around. Some of the migrant workers were inapporpriate with thie language and lewd comments.

Review 9：First of all, even my arrival was marked as late night/very early morning arrival, my room was not ready. All I wanted was to get to my room, take a shower and sleep for a few hours (had to drive all night) and not wait. To be fair, I wasnt charged for that night, but still wondering, what would happend if I would arrived as I was planning? As it was just me and my teenage daughter, I didn't feel safe - we had drunk people walking around on our floor.

Review 12：The location is very nice! Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Easy access to downtown and the Haymarket area. Pretty decent for the money.
Review 13：The room had not been aired properly, there was a strong odor of stalecigarette smoke. The carpet had several cigarette burn marks. Nocomplimentary shampoo. No toilet lid. Poor lighting and control access.The desk clerk did not have air fresher only Combat carpet cleaner tocontrol the room odor and I was told if she had air fresher she was notallowed to give chemicals to the guests. I will be booking with anotherhotel/motel for future lodging.

Review 15：Bed was poor quality. Walls are thin, lots of noise overhead on lower floors. Kitchen stove not working correctly, I reported it, nothing happened. Internet not reliable and almost caused me to lose an important deal.

Review 22：Instead of the standard, I wish we would have gotten at least a queen size bed. But that was our choice because their wasn't a room available with that size bed. Other than that we had no problem.
