Review 3：To get a good wifi connection I had to open door and point in hallway. I think that was due to the fact that a school graduation ceremony was being held there and a lot of teenagers must have been using the wifi service.

Review 4：Nice place to stop, but a little far from the airport (my mistake for booking it that far). Staff is super nice, although very limited English. Again, understable considering it's so far from the regular beaten path.

Review 5：Cockroaches in the room, was given half used shampoo and shower gel (caps were even encrusted). There was loud karaoke singing until midnight. When I called the reception, no one answered for my first 3 calls. Eventually, someone answered, but said "okay" and hung up on me. Do not go there if you expect any sleep.

Review 9：We enjoyed a no hassle holiday at this hotel. Would suggest this hotel to my friends. The location was just what we were looking for. The staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Worth very cent we spent here.

Review 10：We choose it for its swimming pool which was closed for renovation and the reception stuff weren't aware of the renovations !! Poor breackfast A lot of malaysian costumers expect hallal food

Review 11：Rusty toilet tabs and shower.. 200% not Muslim friendly...fr breakfast to package food display all is with pork...

Review 12：Pool is small but with warm water and no body was using it, so just me and my kids were nice.

Review 13：The bath tab surface is very slippery and the size too small,unfortunately caused me falling down backwards and it's very painfull.Since my body weight is 84kg's,the impact from this incident was very harmful to me. I would suggest that bath tab surface shall be cover by special rubber to avoid from the same incident such as happen to myself. TQ & Regards,
