Review 1：Communication problem because staff could not understand english. Spoilt kettle in the room. However we were given the new kettle after several requests made. 2nd extra bed was sent to the room after 6th requests, talked personally to the manager and told her that we will pay for it.

Review 4：It is a nice hotel but pls ensure you check the wind and the current because when we went on december, the kids couldnt enjoy the beach cos the wind and the current were so strong.
Review 5：This is not the hotels defect but the reservation sites. In the list of goods of the hotel, the hair dryer was ready even though it is not listed. In Agoda site the swimming pool is under construction but it was finished many months ago. All customers can swim in the pool. I don't know why Agoda listed as an unready thing. Food is totally good but a long stay customer need more variety. Generally a good variety but hope they change a little more Every three or four days. Expect too much?
Review 6：As other people say this is located well. Staff are good in all. But they need a little renovation even though some parts were repainted. It is properly said that they need to make efforts.

Review 9：Waitress in breakfast room wearing track-suit. Noisy air-conditioner that would not turn down to reasonable temperature. Had to turn it off or suffer from the noise and the cold. Failure of front-desk staff to provide directions to nearby beach-front in the evening. They sent us out to the street and all the way around. On the way back we entered with ease, through the back gate at the beach.

Review 11：The front office is no taking note of my request when i was booking. I request to make a surprise to my wife for her birthday but nothing is happen. And when i go to reception to ask for the cake i get inform that is no cake in hotel and i need to go buy myself at outside. The 2nd night our room aircond is leaking but they take aroud 1hour more just come to fix it. The room is old and the furniture also need to renovation.

Review 21：Unenthusiastic staff, run down facilities (gym closed and dismantled, pool dirty and closed for repairs but no sign of work -- and pool closure was not shared during booking or check in), cold, recycled food at breakfast buffet including things that should not be served cold like soft-yolked eggs.
Review 22：The location is ideal. Right off the beach. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a few quirks. Bathtub was basic but a treat in Thailand. The room was clean, and the view from our sea facing balcony at sunrise was priceless.
Review 23：- swimming pool has been in maintenance sine September 2014 (doesn't look finish soon, but I didn't see anyone was working on it), the hotel should inform us in the website because it was the one option that I chose this hotel, or the hotel should give a discount because it was their false. - I called the operator(lady) from my room asked about username and password wifi, the operation was so rude (the person on duty of the 27/3/2015 around 8 pm).

Review 33：If you intend to come to this area, consider only a day trip from Hat Yai directly or stay elsewhere in Songhkla. While the hotel itself is reasonable, I found myself out of place and no room for relaxation as the pool was closed and banquets were held downstairs. Calling this place a resort is certainly exaggerated. Unfortunately the staff speaks only very little English. The location was good, however it was not possible to relax at the beach as there were no shades and no seats. Overall a tourist trap to see the Mermaid. The breakfast was for the intended target group of ASEAN's and not for westerners, which can be a good thing depending on your perspective, I found it lacked propper service and freshness, except the fruits, they were good.

The swimming pool is out of order(needs repair), so is the Gim. The breakfast buffet mostly Asian food. There is no any tour arranged by the hotel nor free transportation to any where.

Out of the sink in the bathroom was coming such a overwhelming smell that it was almost impossible to even take a shower. Not mentioning washing your teeth in that sink. Tv picture had a lot of noise in it,sometimes unwatchable. The restaurants food quality was questionablewhat comes to local and western dishes: uncooked burger steaks, overspiced local menus even thou asked "mai phet". Hotel receptioncould not tell us what did the warning sign's meant at the beach andwas it safe to swim or not. Lounge charged us full price for a drink attheir list: Singapore Sling even though they didn't even have one ofthe main ingredients. And the faulty drink took a loooooong time toarrive... And the drink looked like a "brownish" colored"thing". We came to a conclusion it had only Bacardi and limeand maybe something "else"... Extremely poor understanding ofEnglish there were better understanding of English on the small seafoodrestaurants 150m from the hotel and even the pickup taxi driverunderstood where we wanted to go. Few words to sum this up: avoid thisplace, its not worth the money and trouble.For the hotel management: every issue on the list above would be easily fixed, and what we saw its not about the resources its about the effort to do so.
