Review 3：The staff don't speak much English, which is very common throughout Brazil, but you'd think for such a high class establishment they would speak a bit more English. It's rather bizarre.
Review 4：The location, landscape architecture, and poop were top notch! The ambience of the place is superb as well, low lighting, lovely colours everywhere. It's very relaxing and the food is quite good as well.
Review 5：Poor and dishonest customer service. Given a dark and unpleasant room. The hotel was far from full (still selling rooms on Booking.com) but the manager, when asked to change our room, lied and said none were available. Wouldn't return.

Review 11：It was lovely apart from weather. Lots of rain that is the reason the chapada is green. But had a good time except the transport from Salvador. Hardly any flights, the ones that go there, very few, can hardly land when it is a bit cloudy and I think it is always cloudy. We had to go by coach ( bus ) and the driver was a lunatic and the roads so dangerous with enoumous holes.
Review 12：The hotel was lovely, incredible dinner and lovely breakfast. They should offer the cakes from breakfast in the afternoon as foreigners do not eat cake at breakfast and in the afternoon there is nothing. They could charge a small amount to eat the cakes from breakfast. In Europe people love a coffee or tea with a piece of cake in the afternoon. But We will go again as it was wonderful.
Review 13：Every morning we greeted Birds from our breakfast table. The views belong in a picture book. Don't forget to hike to the river for a swim and enjoy a coconut water and chat with the owner of the jungle bar.

Review 17：Canto das Aguas is a beautiful hotel. Once you get to Lencois you'll see, it's definitely the most upscale hotel in town. I might even say it has a resort feel to it. The staff is super friendly, however we were hard pressed to find anyone that spoke English, but thats ok, it's all part of the experience. The pool is beautiful and super relaxing after a full days trek out in Chapada Diamantina. Every room also comes with a complimentary hammock for your deck. LOVE IT!

Review 26：We stayed in Cantos do Agua for 2 nights while we visit Chapada Diamantina. The hotel is located at the entrance of Lencois and a five minute walk to the town. The facilities were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the Wifi which was always available. Unfortunately, do to our short stay, we did not take advantage of all amenities the hotel has to offer. If I was traveling by myself without small children, I would have stayed somewhere else but if you have a family or prefer comfort stay here.

Review 30：The location of this hotel is brilliant as well as the general layout of the grounds. The bedrooms look a little tired and are definitely not anywhere near European standard. The breakfast area is large with a nice outlook to the gardens. I suspect it is probably the best hotel in the area and is priced accordingly.

Review 46：The room was not worth it. We got the cantos do rio room and it looked like any other hotel room and for the price we were expecting a little more. Also i think they should keep the sauna on all day, they let you use it for free between 6 and 8 30 but anytime outside of that you have to pay about 15 dollars. Everything is overpriced!
Review 47：The facility it self is amazing. The pool area is gorgeous and there are some paths to walk around the hotel. The location is great, its right across from everything and about 4-5 min walk from the bus station. The food in the restaurant there is really good.
