Review 1：Staff at desk ignored us when we walked in. Ladies who clean rooms and breakfast ladies were extremely nice! No dresser in room. We were there 7 days. That would have been helpful. Photos of room showed a couch in the room. But there was only a chair and foot stool. Would rather had a couch.

Review 2：Breakfast was nice. Beds were comfortable. Place was quiet at night. Showers were good. We will stay again for a shorter visit.

Review 5：This facility needs a complete makeover. The second floor hallways and room smelled horrible, musty and mildew. Our room and very visible water damage on ceiling and the bathroom had visible mold coming through the painted walls behind the toilet and throughout the shower, water damaged sheetrock (not replaced). The flooring needs to be replaced also, bad!! As far as the free breakfast, don't know which supplier you get your breakfast products from but you need to change and go with a better one, terrible!! First and last time we will stay at your hotel.

Review 6：Accommodations were falling apart, laundry Matt was useless had to go somewhere else to dry, food at breakfast was three days old per employee..... To much to type horrible want my money back but manager to elusive to meet!!!!

Review 8：On our last night (10/31) there was something going on … someone near our room was either fighting or crying … I reported this to the clerk in the morning in case anyone else made a complaint.

Review 10：I loved the friendliness of all the staff, even the cleaning ladies were polite and friendly. The beds were fabulous. Want to find out what kind of mattresses you have so I can get one at home.

Review 11：The breakfast wasn't the best. I know it was complimentary, but I have been to places that had better choices. The eggs were cold , if you wanted oatmeal, you have the hot water, but no way to cook it unless you go back to your room. The toaster did not toast the english muffins,etc. Breakfast could have been better. The pool area too small- no hot tub. The air conditioner was ok. Put it down to 65 and it was still not cool enough. The TV remote did not work with the TV. Had to change channels manually. The trash bucket not emptied in the room. I will be staying elsewhere next time.

Review 18：The room looks like it wasnt clean, found an empty can of soda on the sink, shower header was rusty, bed were uncomfortable sheets looks dirty, AC was not good, coffee maker didnt work, microwave was missing the plate, and the odor like someone was smoking was very strong, I request a non smoking room was smell like the didnt change the sheets and someone smoke in that room, even the lobby area smell like that. I will never stay in this place again

Review 24：It was very noisy. It was like there was no insulation in the walls. You could hear other people's conversations and doors slamming. Other guest were running and yelling in the halls and rooms at 2:00 in the morning.

Review 32：The beds were amazingly comfortable. The front desk guy checking us in was weird. Not sure what his name was hut he asked me 8 times if I wanted a wake up call. Every time I said NO!

Review 33：Rooms need updating, only the carpet was new, the couch was sunken in, the towel rack fell off the wall. The a/c did not get the room as cool as we like, it has a shut-off at a certain temperature. Breakfast needed some fresh fruit.

Review 35：The breakfast was the exact same for a week and they didn't keep it filled. Cleanliness of room was poor. They only leave linens for 3 and we had 4 and they said that's their policy even after we asked them and gave them a tip. The keys didn't work for the back door to the pool so we had to walk all the way around to the front door. The sink hot/cold was switched around. These are $50 nightly rooms

Asking for an extra pillow and toiletries was a real challenge. I will not stay at another Quality Inn again.

Review 96：Confusing... had made reservation at Comfort Inn but when we arrived, there was no Comfort Inn...just a Quality Inn and a Days Inn. Address was Quality Inn, but contact phone number was Days Inn. Rooms seemed clean, but bathroom fixtures needed updating... no tissues in tissue holder, no knob on sink to open and close drain, chipped shower.

Review 99：The pool is small like most in Florida. The pool furniture was filthy with crud from previous users using suntan oils. They need to be power washed. The walls are thin. My room had a small table with 2 chairs, one had a 6 to 8 inch stain where your crotch would be when seated. I reported it to the front desk and requested it be removed. It never was.

Review 100：The room furniture was old and warn as well as dirty. The front of thedresser drawer pulled off. The refrigerator didn't work. Thebathroom didn't have any hooks or space to store items. All of thebathroom fixtures were stained and needed to be replaced. We were out ofwater for a day and half due to a broken pipe and no bottled water wasoffered by the hotel. Hotel management did not make you feel welcome.The pool, spa and deck furniture were filthy. The coffee creamers weresour. They were out of many breakfast items for the ten days we werethere. We gave them a list of items that needed attention but they feltthere wasn't anything important enough to address. We were nevertold this place changed from a Comfort Inn to the Inn of Sarasota untilwe checked in and they demanded full payment upon checkin and billed ourcredit card immediately. We booked a 17 day stay and left as soon as wecould find another hotel at a real Comfort Inn.

She deserves some recognition!!!
