Review 1：old, dark room. Not really clean. Conditioning was super loud. Very close to the road. Worst experience in FL Keys.

Review 3：The ac was very loud. First room was not as expected (facing the parkinglot) so we had to ask for another room. Smells like fish sometimes dueto the fisher next door.

Review 5：Resort and grounds were very well kept up the rooms had been remodeled and were very clean. We got in late. Just before 8:00 pm. Staff was very helpful When we checked in we found that they had upgrade us to a waterfront room with a king bed which was great.Would definitely recommend.

Motel is located on busy Rt 1 and it was difficult to get in and out of the motel. We were charged a high end rate ($200) a night for a low end motel.

Review 17：We loved that our room backed up to the creek. We did some fishing and enjoyed paddleboarding. Water sport rentals were right next door. It had 2 pools and a big King bed. The room was clean with tile flooring and had a little fridge. My husband and I would absolutely stay there again.

Review 18：Our room had a very stale smell. We asked the staff to come and smell it and they said to just open the door and let it air out. We did as they suggested but the smell never left the room. The bed was also tired and needed to be replaced.

Review 19：The air conditioner was loud and ran constantly. You cannot adjust the vents to blow down, they blow up at the ceiling. Our packet of coffee was open but not used, I guess housekeeping did not check closely.

Review 20：Our room was clean and served our purpose. If you are staying for any length of time I suggest you get a suite that has a patio. The room we had was small and dark.

Review 21：The fact that in order to drop your boat off you were sent to Harry Harris part two miles away. This is not communicated until you arrive .. The owners did not have a map to indicate Harry Harris park

Review 23：Kitchen was not clean at all, the fridge was really dirty and smelly. There was hairs from a blonde previews client stuck on the shower walls. The sad part was that my 3 year old son discover them :( restrooms were not cleaned, bed was dirty and it was horrible all around . On top of it all they give you an envelope saying are made to work very hard to little extra is appreciated I wonder how hard she worked when I had hair from someone else and the bathroom ???? For almost $200 dollars one night not worth it at all.

Review 24：For the price as well as being rated 4 stars, It was an old Motel which tried to bring it's stature up to a 4 star. I would rate it as a 3 star and the mattresses were very uncomfortable.

Although we didn't notice them at the time, as we left the facility my wife found her purse was infested with small ants. The desk clerk who appeared to be a teenager expressed no concern for our report, but simply smiled and said, "Have a nice day".

Review 49：We stayed in Room 8. The only window was blacked out. Our friends stayed in Room 2 which had a clear window but no bug screens. Our rooms were not quite what was shown on the website. It was explained to us that there was a difference in price. We asked if the other creek front rooms which had lovely big opening glass doors and had been recently refurbished were available. Sadly they weren't.

Review 51：Our original room was large, comfortable and very nice but overlooked the highway. Only half (?) the rooms, maybe fewer, are actually "creekside"; the others, while nice, face a "courtyard" (actually, a parking lot). (To be fair, this is a little clearer on the property's website than it was on booking.com.) The wireless router for the east end of the property was down. I was able to diagnose and report the source of the problem but service wasn't restored until our morning of departure.

Review 52：Both of our rooms were lovely, well equipped and comfortable: 1st-rate. Staff worked hard to take care of our main concern by offering us a different room the 1st night and a creekside room the second. That room and location were perfect.

Review 58：We were supposed just to stop a few nights at islamorada on our way to key west but we end up loving it and stayed longer. Chuck at the reception gave us great tips on how to dicover islamorada like a local and made our stay unforgettable. We loved the peace and quite of islamorada, kayaking in beautiful canals and mangrove forest and hanging at the local food market and the amazing fish restaurants!

Review 75：our bed was really loud - there was something (cover of mattress or where the mattress rests on...?) which made so much noise with every turn...:-) unfortunately the hotel is situated right next to the main route of the keys - easy to find but our room faced towards the street and was even with closed windows really noisy and loud. On top of that one hears the air con of the neighbours since they are all located outside right next to the door. This is really a pity - especially since the rooms are quite pretty and behind the hotel is a river... Make sure to get a room facing the river!!!

Review 77：Our TV didn't work and we asked for assistance and the ONE person on duty didn't get a chance to come in. Our toilet was running and we asked for assistance, but nobody came. Nobody answers the phone because ONE person was on duty. It was difficult sleeping with the running toilet noise and boring in the rain storm without TV. Both pools had been closed by the health department.

Review 104：Skimpy on basic items like washcloth, tissue paper, and toilet paper. The safe to put in your valuables is light and not bolted down. You can just pick it up, put it under your arm, and walk away.
