Review 1：Hoped that they would change the items offered for breakfast.

Review 2：Room was good. Really enjoyed the sitting room. Nice to not have to sit on the bed all the time when you were in the room.

Review 3：No bad experience, except that breakfast could have had a little more variety, especially when staying for several days...it got old.

Review 4：The price was helpful for us as we were visiting someone in the hospital and any added expense was a hardship...also the location put us near things we needed without having to search for them.

Review 5：There were other guests, staying with small children(under 5), letting them play in the hot tub. When my fiancé arrived at the hotel, we learned that one of the kids had puked in the hot tub. Hotel staff closed it down for the evening. The next morning, they took the DO NOT USE signs down...still puke in the hot tub. We did not want to use it after that. Our kids used the pull out couch to sleep on. Sheets were stained...gross. Had the front desk bring clean sheets.

Review 6：The front desk was very sweet and courteous, even though they seemed to be under-staffed. Bed was VERY comfortable.

Review 7：My family stayed here over Christmas - a time you would think a business based on hospitality would thrive. But our experience was: staff was indifferent, neighbors were noisy all night, breakfast was all bread, coffee was 99% water, hot tub had a healthy layer of slime and the staff laughed at me when I got lost due to their poor directions. When so few businesses are open over the holidays, DO NOT look to this hotel to provide a home away from home!

Review 27：Booked 2 rooms for my family. One room had multiple spots with blood on carpet: by bathroom door, sink, bed/tv, etc. Moved us but no apology. Other room smelled strongly of smoke. Called front desk and Said they couldn't police the rooms. No apology. Unbeknownst to me, my mother-in-law pushed them to comp one of the two rooms saying I was going to post on booking.com. So 3 things to appreciate: A great mother-in-law, I didn't have to pay for the dirty room and no signs of having contracted Hep B or C from the blood on carpet.

Review 29：The staff was on the phone while I was trying to check out and she was clearly speaking to someone who was not a client. I stood for five minutes without her even acknowledging me. Finally I said, I'm checking out and I walked out. The client should come first before inter company phone calls or personal calls. Very bad location for travlers on the interstate.

Review 31：The Air conditioner did not work properly and the bath tub had some kind of blue markings on it. It did not look very clean. I have stayed here before and remembered it to be very nice.

There were risers at the foot of the bed but none at the head of the bed, hence the bed slopped? We stayed 4 nights; had to invest in a mattress pad but was okay after put it on. The mattress was old and broken down in our opinion. New king size mattress and this bed would have been great. There was a smell when you entered the room by the door. Not sure where it was coming from because you couldn't smell it from the hallway, my husband thought it was coming from the drain in the sink which is right at the door of the room.

Review 63：We stayed 4 nights.The room was very clean. The location was great. Near the University and Downtown/Haymarket area! Loved the towels, big and fluffy. Felt very safe. Never once heard a siren or anyone being loud. The cleaning staff were very nice ladies, kept the towels replenished and the room very clean. Great price for the extended stay we had. Would stay again at same location.
