Review 1：While all tourist attractions are located in a circle at one end of the city centre, the hotel is located in the other end of the city centre. We need to walk 1.5km one way several times each day.

Review 11：We stay for 3 nights and this is our second time since last two year ago. All the staff is very polite and friendly. The room is very comfortable accept only one thing is the mattress. But after we complain, staff change the room (upgrade to a bigger and better room). Eventhough we have changed the room the mattress is seem to be the same(too soft) they put the board beneath the mattress which make its too hard. We are just two but there is two room one single bed, and one is twin bed so we have more choice that make me feel impress for how much your care.(I know you do your best you can't change the mattress at least you do something not just because its old) The hotel is not very far from the supermart.

Review 12：The staff is very kind and polite. They arranged for us a private tour to Tiwanaku, Copabana (one night) and back to La Paz for the best price compared with other agencies. Our driver was very competent and polite.

Review 13：Too far out from the tourist attractions - approx 2km from San Francisco square which is the happening place to be. No markets etc nearby.

Review 18：Wifi very slow and could not download anything which is unacceptable for 5 star accommodation! First hotel apartment we have ever had which had no tea,coffee etc and no washing up liquid,sponge for cleaning dishes or iron and ironing board. Restaurant downstairs was disappointing as very dated and in need of modernisation and food mediocre in spite of advertised reputation.

Review 19：Reception staff excellent. Apartment spacious, clean and comfortable although a bit dated.Apartment although 15 mins by taxi to La Paz centre was 10 mins walk from city tour bus stop which is a good way to see the city.

Review 20：We spent two nights here for my partners birthday for a but of luxury and it was well worth it. Staff very attentive, everything was perfect. Spa facilities and massage also excellent. Highly recommend!

Review 21：We stayed twice. Once in room 404 and once in 701. Kitchen factories were ok but not great. In 404 oven did not have a thermostat to control and one hot plate did not work. In 801 no corkscrew. In both no washing up liquid no washing up cloth no wine glasses and basic kitchen implements.

Review 22：Staff very helpfulin getting us taxis and storing our luggage for two days . Everyone very friendly. It is safe. Area in which it is located felt safe also. Close to supermarkets and lavanderia. Not in tourist area but a short taxi ride there. Could walk but not at this altitude. Breakfast was great . French bread crispy fresh and egg station for fresh well made omelettes. We strongly recommend to anyone considering.

Would definately stay here again

Review 111：Our 13th floor 1-bedroom was huge and had a well-equipped kitchen and everything you could want--including atable for 8 and a king bed. It is located very centrally, with the Restaurant Vienna--the best restaurant we found in La Paz--within short walking distance. The furniture is, however, a little dated. The best part for us was the huge balcony/patio which gave a perfect view of the city and snow-covered Mount Ullyama.
