Review 1：At first we were shown a room without window, but they quickly gave us one that had a window for the same price.

Review 2：Ideally located if you want to be near bus station. Only 6 month old hotel, modern design and comfort. Safe too, has fire-escape. We stayed in room 411.

Review 3：Hotel appeared to be under construction so huge amount of noise during the day coming from the far end of the building,directly adjacent to our room. The front was no better as the entrance appeared to resemble tht of a car showroom - huge open entrance onto the Main Street and no fewer than 3 or 4 vehicles (4x4's and minibuses) parked INSIDE the hotel, so a somewhat surreal experience on arrival, and especially when seated for the breakfast (included) which is served on a mezzanine above reception area. We'd booked a river cruise early morning and requested an early breakfast - the hotel were good enough to accommodate but alas when the time came the cook arrived 5 mins late, then took another 5-10mins to find a key for the kitchen. Prior to this reception had no knowledge of our request from the previous evening for a 6am breakfast and I was again informed that breakfast was served from 630am. The toast and tea that I ordered took forever and eventually I was forced to leave the Lipton tea (served with ice cubes and no milk) and take the cold slice on the tour with me which I was late for. Icing on the cake was probably the tea spoon I was given (by the security guard onviously) to spread the butter and jam! Hotel was listed as having bicycle rentals (staff it seemed were not aware of this as none available) and room supposedly had city views (standard double had floor to ceiling drapes that when drawn revealed... the wall). Wi-if would also drop out on occasion. Shambles. Avoid, sorry.
