Review 1：the young guy at the desk nhas no personality, no thank you or greeting. room is smelly, booked for non smoking but the smell were everywhere. the place is not clean at all

Review 4：It's possible to look the other rooms before accomodation and choose the one you like the most. It's possible to check if air-conditioner works and if there's hot water. Friendly staff, ready to help you. English is ok.
Review 5：It's too bad and terrible, don't believe the hotel photos, it is lie. When i check in, i really want to check out immidiately, but my family said: "i had baby slept, she need lie down on the bed". The room is too durty and so old. The price is very high if compare with others one near by there. Besides, i forgot a new T-shirt which i just bought from "Cong Hoa" supermarket when i check out, after reached home i called back to hotel but hotel staffs answered me by a rude way. Never comeback. Thật là kinh khủng, khách sạn bẩn chưa từng thấy và còn tệ hơn nhà trọ, ko khac gì ở khu ổ chuột. Toàn bộ trang thiết bị trọng phòng đăc biệt trong tolet , không thể dùng được, vòi nước thì hỏng, giá quá đắt cho những khách sạn gần đó mà rẻ và mới hơn gấp vài chục lần. Khi trả phòng mình để quên 1 cái áo sơ mi vừa mới mua, nhưng khi goi lại ks thì nhân viên trả lời rât là mất lịch sự và vô trách nhiệm. Mọi người cẩn thận bị lừa bơi hình ảnh khách sạn.
