Review 1：The person at the front desk barely even noticed us. We seemed to have been an inconvenience. he couldn't get off of facebook or whatever he was playing on when we arrived.

Review 3：The front desk staff could have been more cheerful and at least pretend they like their jobs. And Wi-Fi wasn't working. The eggs were watered down and pretty tasteless, but everything else was good.

Review 13：The did not have my booking reservation from you. I wound up having to stay in a king bed with my 11 year old and my 14 year old. The comfort was not great and after an extremely long and hot day at softball tournaments we were looking forward to a good night sleep. Other than that it was ok. I have never booked through you before and am not sure I would again.
Review 14：High humidity in room even with air turned down colder. Son's room on second floor did not cool until the second day they cleaned filter. Is this not done on a regular basis?
