Review 1：What a pleasant stay! Rooms were clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and pleasant. Bathroom was remodeled with beautiful ceramic tile. This hotel is a great value at the shore.
Review 2：We loved the Jersey shore...first time there. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach, the room was spacious, and quiet. The food at the Flip Flop was very good, and the waitresses very efficient and cordial. We plan to make the shores a regular after Labor day destination in the years to come, and we would definitely be happy to stay again at the Beau Rivage.

Review 49：Not that it is terrible but there was no way to change the temperature in the room other than Low, Medium and High for the A/C and we would have liked to have been able to adjust because it was freezing in our room even on Low but stuffy without it on at all. Our room ran out of hot water and the tub wouldn't hold water for my daughter to take a bath. There are not many restaurants near the hotel and the restaurant for breakfast is pretty expensive for what they serve. I was also surprised that I had to pay for ice.
Review 50：The location is great for the beach and the pool was nice and clean. he room was exactly as described, seemed as though it might have been recently updated, and was clean. There was always available parking in the lot at the hotel and there is an elevator to take luggage up to your room.

The resturant/snack bar can not accommodate parties of 5 or more, so big families may be better off going someplace else for breakfast,but you can get snack food like burgers, fries for lunch to take back to beach.

Our room smelled like mold and smoke and my family did not smoke. Customers were smoking at the pool which is dirty and made the experience less enjoyable.

The rooms are access by a long common balcony that many of the guest left their personal belongs (towels, beach chairs etc.) in the way making it feel more like cheap fraternity house. The pool is very small and there are only a few lounge chairs available. The WiFi has a limited range/capacity so that it was very difficult. The furnishings in our room were very dated and the couch and chair very hard and uncomfortable.

Review 109：We got a mold odor (huge water stain in the ceiling ) filthy room initially we even been told the they give us a favor to had an updated room with view to the ocean,BS ....,they did not have room for us so we got stock with that room for about 3 hours until I could not take the smell from mold after our complaint we got relocated but we lost 3 hrs of our precious time and we did not have any option to take a room in the last fourth floor after been told the they won't return any of our money.

The bed linen was fresh and it's whitest white. We booked our room 1 week in advance and got a great rate. Nice staff too.

Lastminute I booked -and this was one of the few rooms left. Incrediblyfriendly staff and the environment was very fun and comfortable. Poolwas great as well. We couldn't get our daughter out! We will returnhere from now on. Highly recommended!!!!
Review 114：The room and the facility were just a little run down. Not that it was uncomfortable, but it just seemed really bare bones. Dishes were all mismatched....leftovers. Didn't have 4 glasses or coffee cups all in one size. No wine glasses or a wine opener. I wouldn't go and expect to put a meal together.

The rooms are very clean considering the amount of sand that could be carried in from the beach. Although the hotel limits parking to one car per room there is ample street parking.
