Review 1：The weather, that wasn't the hotel's fault. The restaurant was a little pricey.

Review 2：The staff made sure we were able to stay inside to get to our room. The weather was bad and my father is in a wheelchair. They were very friendly and helpful.

I did find the living room furniture uncomfortable but I didn't use it often enough to matter. Teens would've preferred being closer to the boardwalk.I suggest getting a room on 4th floor or above for best view.

Review 12：Loved the private balcony! Loved the pool and hot tub! Very clean and lifeguards friendly. Friendly and helpful staff. Right on beach. I liked everything and enjoyed my stay there very much. I would go back and recommend it to friends. There are a few good restaurants close and one on premise. We had a breakfast sandwich from there and it was ok but expensive. For lunch another day had pulled pork sandwich for lunch and it was tough and dry.

Review 13：Entered unit right into the bedroom...no hallway. Not complete privacy on balcony from next balcony. No outdoor area to hang out after pool closes. Very small gift shop. Not much to do at night on premises

Review 21：Regis is a very clean and comfortable place to stay with direct ocean front view rooms, well equipped kitchenettes, quietly located. The staff are really nice, the grounds are well maintained with a heated pool and hot tub. A nice cafe for breakfast & lunch if you don't feel like going out and BBQ grills available for cooking yourself. Can't find another place like this anywhere in Wildwood/Crest for the price, location, staff, cleanliness, and excellent views of the ocean! Thank you Sandra and Staff

Review 22：The room was old and kind of like a closet. The sink was located outside the toilet/shower which was tiny. It was located at the end of a walkway near the utility room. I don't think they were sold out of rooms and I should have asked to be moved. But the ocean view was very nice.

Review 28：The beds were stiff and too firm, the pillows were also stiff and uncomfortable; I did not sleep well. Next time I will bring my own pillows. Maybe the managers would consider adding a mattress topper to the beds for comfort.

The pool and hot tub are clean well kept, and the lay out of the facility as a whole is comfortable and convenient. The view of the ocean is excellent - and the location is right on the beach - beautiful!

Review 30：-Room was dirty and with old furniture. For the price that we paid, it's really unacceptable. If I had known that we were getting this kind of room, I would have never book this hotel. Upon entering the room, there's a moldy smell. We had to dust and clean on our first day. We had to cover the couch with sheets and change the bed linens because it really bothered my breathing. Carpet was old and dusty. If you look under the couch, it looked like it was never vacuum for years. They should have never let anybody use this room. In addition, This room has no privacy at all. When you open the balcony, you can literally shake hands with the people who were sun bathing. And this is not a ground floor room. It really sucks because oceanfront view and privacy were the main reasons why we booked this hotel(we had good experience in the past). From the beginning, I complained about lack of privacy. They said they can't do anything about it because they were 99% booked. They said there's an available room but can't move us there because it's already reserved for another guest who is coming in 2 days. I never understand the logic of that. So,no point of complaining anymore. The room was paid in full upon checking in. Non-refundable. -Staff were not very helpful especially the front desk. They will down play your issues and makes you feel that you really inconvenience them. One staff told me that the room is not that bad. It's not that bad for them because they're not the ones staying in the room. No point of complaining because they can't help you anyway. They told us that when you book in booking.com they can only place us in certain rooms. Plus, she blame me for not calling the hotel prior for any request. Which by the way, I did. It's a shame because it's our third time coming here and never had any issues until now.

From the reception desk staff to the pool attendant, everybody is very attentive and friendly, making sure all your needs are met - a pleasure to be welcomed by Brielle and Joe when checking in. Great choice!

Review 48：The rooms are dated and even though it was clean it looked worn. Ididn't like that you couldn't turn off the balcony like. I hadto leave emergently as my mother became critically ill and I wasdisappointed that they wouldn't reimburse me for the days Icouldn't stay, but I did book through another agency which wasprobably the reason. The food from the little grill was all right butnot really good.

Review 109：The decoration and furniture are outdated and give an "old" vibe. The bed sheets were clean, but not so nice to touch. The hot tub which I really counted on was constantly full of little dead flies in it, it's not being cleaned enough. The night light in our balcony didn't work and even though we asked twice, no one came to fix it. The TVs were small and the one in the bedroom was really old, we didn't even try to use it.
