Review 1：Very basic room but clean and good value for an overnight stay.

Review 3：I arrived at 330 a.m. and asked if they could show me a room, as some were available. They wouldn't allow me to see a standard room but insisted on upgrading me and charging for that and an arriving early fee which was not what I expected. They took advantage!

Review 43：1) The hotel staff proposed to get a room in the first floor (I walk with a stick) because our room was in the fourth floor without elevator. We agreed. We got a small room with no beds - just mattresses on the floor with a window to the corridor. We didn´t complain because it was just for one night and we appreciated the care given to us. BUT during the night we discovered that it is not possible to regulate the air condition at all - either it was very cold or nothing. The reason was that the AC was sized for a big room and not for a small hole we got. 2) I asked to get a new room. With a lot of obstruction and very impolite behaving of some reception staff we finally got our original room. It was a quality 3 - 4 * room. 3) The staff shouldn´t have proposed us a substitute room of such a bad quality or minimally they should have pointed out at the disadvantages of it.

Review 58：This is a basic hotel that provides good value accommodations for someone with overnight connections out of Bangkok Airport. It is no frills, but I have found the rooms to be clean and quiet. Beds are rock hard, which is the norm in Thailand. The shuttle runs regularly and there is an agent at door # 3 or 4 (I forget which) at the airport who will make sure you find the shuttle. I have stayed there 4 times.

Review 59：The front desk people were very unfriendly. Wanted cash only and that upfront. Found the old bed sheets with dozens of hairs from the previous guest. Asked to change them which they did but they were not happy about my request. The shower was ONLY cold water since the hot water device was off and could not be switched on. The hotel is located directly located next to a bar with live music so you hear the music until midnight. All in all that was the worst hotel i have stayed sofar! I spent arround 250 night per year in hotels. There are lots of better places in Lat Krabang.

Review 65：Water heater didn't work and staff knew about it. No willingness to fix it. Broken door handle of bathroom. Noisy venue that is operating behind the hotel kept us awake. We wanted to change room and the staff said no problem. Got back in the aftetnoon but all the rooms with double bed had been rented out even though they promised to give us the same type. They offered twin room instead.

Review 81：We stayed for one night on Sunday 27th Sept. Our room was 107. I woke up in the middle of the night due to water dripping someway which I discovered was coming from the air-con!! The floor was covered with plenty of water, which I had to put a couple of towels to soak the water. I then went out to call someone to have a look as I was afraid our room will be flooded :( A guy came, fiddled with the remote control, opened the window, had a look, but only partially solved the problem, still leaking but not as harsh. He does not speak English at all! Due to this air con problem, I hardly slept at all that night. I did report the problem the next morning, but not sure if the girl knew what I was talking about!! We did not like the bed as it was very hard.

Review 142：Where do we begin with negatives....towels thread bear color of sheets and towels grey not white, toiletries for soap and shampoo only in the hotel half full in a unlabeled soap dispenser. no conditioner either. We had three rooms my room smelled ok but my sisters room had a sewerage smell coming from it. Beds in one room had snot on the sheets. Bed in one room on a loft no base so hard for elder people as on the ground. Also do not leave door open as mosquitoes will enter.
