Review 1：The sheets were dirty and stained so much so we weren't comfortable sleeping on them or using the blankets. We were lucky in that we had some blankets we could use in the car so we used those for the sheet and the blanket. We had two beds in the room and both were nasty. The bathroom smelled like mildew and the hotel itself (hallways and lobby) smelled very strongly off cigarette smoke but the room itself smelled okay.

Review 2：The dust ruffle on the bed had a dried white substance on it. Looked like a bodily fluid. I understand they don't change it every time but could change it when it's dirty

Review 3：The hotel is quite old and dated. And for the love of God please get rid of the '50's bedspreads!!!

Review 4：The room was huge! I had only booked a single queen and ended up with a double queen! The man at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and I was shocked to find a full kitchen and a dining table! I was delighted to find a Round Table Pizza within yards of the hotel and they gave us a 20% discount when presenting our room key!

Review 5：The day desk guy. ALWAYS looks for reasons not to welcome me to stay.always wants to charge me way more than usual. I left a few times because of it. Over $10 difference. No kidding. Not a people person for sure. .

Review 6：It was comfy and had a fair breakfast. friendly night worker, gave a room downstairs.

Review 7：First night had noisy neighbors that kept waking me but they were gone the next night. When I stayed the 2nd night I didn't get the same rate as through booking.com and the guy told me that he didn't always honor the online rates if they were very low. I think there should be a way for the online rates to be controlled so you don't get there and end up with the rate doubled from what you thought.

Review 8：Large, spacious rooms. Nice to have kitchen facilities. Breakfast had booked eggs so there was something besides high carb, high sugar offered.

Review 9：There is no elevator and that would have been nice to know before I requested an upper floor room. Information about breakfast, cable channels and ice machine, for a few examples, were not given upon arrival.

Blankets were old, pillows had pilling on them. The room was dated circa 1980. We could hear parties down the hall.

Review 28：This was not the fault of the property but the people in the room next door were up ALL night playing loud music and knocking on the door. I think it was families living there that were going back and forth. Then at 4:30am the person above us started stomping around for over an hour which woke us up so we just decided to continue on our roadtrip early. The room was also supposed to be non-smoking but a previous guest had clearly smoked in there.

Review 29：There was no elevator, my fire alarm went off at 2am the first night I was there, not conducive to a good nights sleep, towels were not replaced after they removed the used ones an the continental breakfast was lacking and not kept stocked during breakfast hours.

Review 36：The rooms are all non smoking now but it is obvious our room used to be a smoking room. It stunk of stale cigarette smoke. The hallways are not air conditioned e en though there are new air conditioning units in the rooms so the room never rely coed off--it was around 90 degrees outside but so, so much hotter in the hallways!

Review 37：The owners and staff were so incredibly kind and let me know renovations are continuing. Do give them a try, especially in the winter when the air conditioning isn't an issue.

Review 38：Friendly staff, room was adequate for what we paid for. Although did not supply utensils for the kitchen and could have been a bit cleaner. No elevator which was the biggest drawback. At least we got our exercise this weekend! :)

Review 39：Room wasn't made up for second nights stay. Housekeeping said there was a note or sign not to clean the room. There was no sign or note left . Had to roust the front deck clerk to make the beds and clean the room.

Review 41：We arrived Kennewick late in the evening on a road trip after passing on a really sketchy trailer park come campground a few miles away. We jumped on line, found this hotel, the price was reasonable and upon arrival the staff was excellent and welcoming. The rooms are typical US hotel, there was a pool that the kids enjoyed in the morning and the breakfast was adequate and the wifi was fast - all in all far far better and safer than the tweaker private campground we had toured earlier in the evening. We booked two rooms, one was downstairs which seemed a bit dank but it was fine despite the noise - again, good value and it served a great immediate need.

Review 54：first room smelled very strongly of smoke, we had booked a smoke free room and this one even had ashes still on surfaces. Bed was terrible. Freezer in kitchenette had a block of pink frost growing.

I called once a week later and was told they would get it figured out and would call me back the next day. Never happened. We will not be going back. Plus, there were long, black hairs stuck in the hair dryer.

Review 73：My fiancé and I booked a room here to stay the night and when pulling in were very skeptical of the area. We had three dirt bikes in the back of our truck and after seeing multiple people go into the hotel for a few minutes and then walk out and leave through a side door we decided it wasn't the best place to stay. We tried to cancel our room but were told we were unable to get our money back even though the conditions were not what they claimed to be. We decided not to stay there and ended up paying for another hotel room on top of this one that we did not even stay at. Read carefully hotel policies!! You have to cancel 72 hours before your stay in order to get a refund!!

Review 74：We had a large room but it was poorly laid out. The bathroom felt cramped. The breakfast room was tight with 5-6 people in there at the same time.

Review 75：Check in went smoothly even though there was a line up. The employee made sure everyone was acknowledge even though he was busy. The bed was comfortable. Great to have breakfast with the room.

I ended up with an asthma attack because the folks across the hall were smiling in their room. When I reported it while unable to breathe normally, I was told, "I know exactly who it is". Does that mean they will get charged $250 for that breach of contract? Should they have at least discounted my rate for my asthma attack cuz they couldn't take care of the situation? Hmmmmm? We will NOT go there again!

Review 80：I read a whole lot of really native reviews about the Kennewick Suites, but decided I was going to stay there and find out for myself. I was so surprised. This motel was located in a good area, super clean, very spacious. I didn't hear any creaking floors and no bed bugs or any kind of bug for that matter. No funny smell. It was just a very nice, very reasonably priced motel. The young man at the desk was so friendly and nice to me, I really felt at home. I had a very pleasant stay and would most certainly stay there again when I visit the Tri Cities. I am from Lewiston ID and travel to the Tri Cities several times a year for a weekend getaway. P. S. as for the bad ratings on the hot water......well just let it run for awhile and it is as hot as you would want it. I was in Room 303 and it was great. Oh and by the way, if you are a woman and need a full bathroom sink to put your cosmetics, etc on - get a room that is listed as deluxe King size bed......very nice bathroom!! Review 81：I don't think I would call a microwave & refrigerator a kitchenette. We had to turn the TV up to hear it over the refrigerator. Be aware that there are stairs involved regardless of the floor chosen as entry level is between first & second floor. If you're there when it is full, forget about using the WiFi as their router cannot handle the load. Again, these are minor complaints compared to other places we've stayed so it won't prevent us from coming back.

Review 84：Their idea of updating was like putting lipstick on a pig. The room wasnot clean and the furnishings looked like they were picked up at badyard sales. There were multiple light switches that turned nothing on.It took about 15 minutes to get hot water. There was a party going on acouple of doors down. We called the front desk and the young woman wasnot helpful and acted like there was nothing she could do. We got maybe2 hours of sleep and when we went to checkout at 6 A.M. just so wecouldn't stand the thought of staying there 1 more minute, the manwas rude and wanted to know "what now?" I guess he didn'tlike us calling the front desk about the party. Never again.

Review 85：Wife is handicapped. Needs more handicap facilities, Parking, Ramps, Handles in Bathrooms. Only one side door is handicapped accessible, rest have stairs even to lower level

We could hear the people in room above us walking, talking, and basically their every move. (even getting into and out of bed.) They were loud until 3 am and when we told the clerk at the desk he told us it was the owners son and he would have a talk with him. I asked for a receipt and the clerk was unable to give me one bc he was working on something on the computer and the could not print one out.

Review 91：Mother and I were traveling wit our two small dogs. They gave e us a room that was as dirty as they come. The lamps nor phone were hooked up, the ironing board would not close up, we were told that's the way it was. One of the bed box springs wood was broken. We made it through the night, and spoke to the management the next morning, and was told that since we had pets, they have not remodiled some rooms for the travelers with pets. For heavens sake, we are responsible pet owners. I would like to have my full amount of money returned. But am thinking that's not going to happen. We stayed in 8 different hotels during this trip. We were never treated in this manner.

Review 92：The owners son wad very spite and an asset to the property. There was nothing else to like about this hotel.

Review 93：It smelled like wet wool and stale, musty uncirculated air in my room and in the hallway (first floor) when I stayed. I went to the supermarket and bought took two kinds of air freshener and needed both to make my room tolerable. I couldn't find a particular source of the smell though the room appeared clean.

Review 97：They told me when I was checking in, that there would be a fee for my pets which I expected. What they DIDN'T tell me is that they would charge $25 PER PET PER NIGHT. They also didn't charge me with the main fee, but a day later as a separate transaction. I tried to speak to them about the problem, and they were unwilling to refund me even a cent. HORRIBLE customer service. This is more of an extended stay than a hotel. Manager cares more about his pretty gardens than about running an ethical business with well trained employees.

Review 122：When I pulled into the parking lot there were some shady characters outside having a cigarette and walking around the guest vehicles. The outside appearance of the building was extremely run down and difficult to find. I was not comfortable getting out of my car, much less staying there! When I spoke with the manager on the phone about my reason for not staying he was rude and didn't care! As a female traveling alone, my safety comes first! I was denied my refund and told them that I didn't want to give a poor review but would for the safety of others. He informed me that he didn't care about his reviews and was use to getting poor reviews. As a business owner I believe that there could have been much more compassion and concern for his business and guests. I would not recommend this hotel to single females or families for their own safety!

Review 123：We couldn't get a king bed despite our reservation. There wasn't a hot breakfast despite the website stating there was one. The hotel is very old and reflects this in the rooms with the mattresses, lack of electrical outlets, quality.

Review 129：Could hear people walking above us all night long. The pillows were very flat. There was no real shade on the windows, there was a drape of sorts, but the sun came right through. No counter space in the bathroom per se. The Tub appeared dirty. I am a Choice Privilege Diamond level customer. I have to tell you, this motel is not worth more than $49.00 a night, and even then I would choose to stay elsewhere and pay more. Very dissappointed in the facility.
