Review 1：Gym facilities were very dirty and only accessible after request Orders were not understood and therefore not fulfilled without giving us notice

Review 3：Despite it's normal (or, at least, in our experience through Vietnam it has been normal) to not have much touristic information, we expected some more help with it (also with the english level) due to it's a 4 star hotel. Furthermore, there was a guy at the front door, who seems to have relations with the hotel staff, that offers you excursions; doesn't matter what does he offers you, due to the final result will be different (2 floating markets become 1, your private boat for 2 become a boat for several, free taxi to the bus station will never exist,...). I think the hotel should take care about these kind of people.

Review 4：Despite the fact the it's not located at the "touristic area", it's just 5 minutes away; it is worthy to stay due to it's a brand new hotel, with very comfortable and spacious rooms.

Review 5：Room service menu is limited and not of a great quality. The lounge/restaurant is practically empty as a result. The walls are a little thin in the bedrooms which means some loud conversations can be heard and oddly the aircon gives a constant loud hum. Also on the 9th floor, the Sky Lounge music can be heard.

Review 6：Hotel is of a high standard. It is incredibly clean in bedrooms and in bathrooms. The beds are comfortable and the staff are attentive. Breakfast buffet is extensive, considering it is a hotel in Can Tho.

Review 7：The location was great, staff very helpful and I was pleasantly surprised to find out there was a pool and gym. Breakfast was incredible, the best buffet I have had in Vietnam.

Review 8：This appears to be a hotel for large tour groups, lots of noise when one group arrived late, although not the hotel's fault. Breakfast the next morning was really busy and there was no system to reserve a table so you'd sit down, go and get your food and come back to people sitting in your seats. One morning we only had only cold water. Checking out was a pain with so many tour group people checking out at the same time but if you can avoid these groups it will be an awesome stay!

Review 9：Room was really nice, we booked the room without the window and this was fine. Breakfast food was good, great selection. The rooftop bar has great views and they'll happily change the weird club music.

Review 18：The staff wouldn't arrange a taxi transfer from the airport to the hotel. There was a fold away shelf which was broken and an extra floor lamp in the room which was clearly being stored their.

Review 19：The bathroom was big and modern. Also the city view was great, enhance with a floor to ceiling window. The spa facilities were amazing.

Review 20：The hotel was not actually close to floating markets as advertised because to get there you have to walk 20mins in the other direction to get to the boat jetty. So don't be fooled by it saying that it's close. The location is also misleading as there aren't any good restaurants around. The selection of food for dinner was really poor and even though the hotel said there restaurant was open till late it was completely deserted and lights off before 8. Furniture was just around as though they'd packed up for the night. Even in the skybar it was completely deserted. No guests/visitors which was quite unnerving. Nice decor but not a 4 star hotel

Review 34：Booked 1 night before heading to Chau Doc, the receptionist was excellent, specially the lady incharge for afternoon shift, she is made me feel this is a proffesional customer service. The room is spacious, i love everything in the room, well equipment, big and comfort bed, lovely bathroom. I have very good relaxing moment at the Spa as well. The hotel is opposite the market too. 2 things need to improve are : the fitness should be unblock for the door during opening time, i have to wait for 2 man running to find for the right key to open it. I ordered a club sandwich and springroll at the Sky Bar, and the bring me a chicken nutget, but i did mention and i ate it because im too hungry after Spa. Also the breakfast abit boring, staffs in the restaurant seem like sleepy, the foods for me is just fine, not to special, also the foods taste, included at the Sky bar are just average, not thing to let me WOW. But i will stay here again for next time in Can Tho

Review 38：Air conditioning wasn't adequate and water was luke warm. The staff was well aware but they didn't compensate and even charged me a late departure fee which was only an hour and a half past noon. You pay a price for a working room but don't get everything therefore you should be compensated. What do you think ?

Review 39：The staff was very helpful in assisting with facilities and answering questions. Only issue is they didn't compensate for lousy air conditioning and problems with hot water even after they told us they've haad several complaints.

Review 40：All round terrible service. Photos are deceiving, this place is a lot less appealing than the photos would have you believe. Staff very unhelpful, and at checkout were downright rude, refused to help us book a bus and wouldn't give us change owed to us when paying for the room, telling us it wasn't worth much so don't worry about it.. but more than happy to charge for water!! Bed is very uncomfortable, coupled with very noisy rooms from road and nearby construction noise. Overall very tacky, extremely poor service and uncomfortable. A rip off at half the price, stay elsewhere.

Review 58：Ridiculously loud beat from 10th floor rooftop bar until 9:30pm, with only few vietnamese people hanging out there. Even at 7th floor it was uncomfortable. I checked-in 8:00pm so it was not a big issue for me. Tip: schedule your diner to avoid this! The hotel charged me USD2,50 for cleaning a very small towel that I used to remove clay dirt from my shoes. That is probably more expensive than buying a new towel in a local shop.

Review 65：Could have place more parasols on SKY BAR, it was wet and raining daily in my 5 days there. Could have lower the music into comfortable level in SKY BAR on 10th floor, the bass could hear pumping on my 8th level unit. Could have more water flow from the shower and tap. (more hot temperature too) Could have more chill temperature in the mini fridge. The 'cold' was like 27 degree only. The bed and quilt have a lot of sand on it from day 3 to day 4. apparently did not change from my clean the room sign. Could have more light or candle on SKY BAR, reading the menu have to use my phone's assist light.
