Review 1：There is a lot of noise on the street at night from the bar on the other side of the street.

Review 2：Super friendly staff who honestly care about their guests. Spacious and modern rooms. For Krabi absolutely centrally located. Really good value for money.

Review 3：Unbelievably there is only ONE dirty knife and a spoon put out for the entire hotel to use for the horrendous breakfast - cheapest white bread, margarine and synthetic jam/marmalade all served in their packaging direct from 7/11 with a banana. We complained to the receceptionist about the lack of clean or indeed any cutlery but he didn't seem to see that it was a cause for concern so we ended up washing the knife in the toilet sink ourselves. The staff almost guard the breakfast and hover over you watching as you make your toast etc. Quite uncomfortable. Gross misuse of the title Boutique Hotel - this is not a Boutique Hotel - it is a Guest House

Review 4：Brand new room and bathroom and very clean although don't expect luxury - it is quite basic but the rooms are functional. Recommend that you ask for a low room as there is no lift and the stairs are killers particularly to the upper floors. Don't expect help with your bags.

Lots a good options around and a great location to go for a morning run/walk along the river. Rooms are very spacious and clean with a nice modern feel. Would highly recommend this guest house to anyone passing through Krabi.

Review 11：Absolutely friendly, hospitable and welcoming staff. The gentlemen (manager) went out of his way to help us with our needs (e.g. getting a sim card etc). Although his English wasnt the best, he and the rest of the staff were more than willing to go the extra mile. Provided early checkin and late checkout without hassle. Room was large, bed/sheets were clean. The toilets were clean, and the shower as expected for the price range (and standard for other hotels in Thailand/malaysia).

Review 18：one of the best hotels in ours 4 months in Asia - I'm so sorry that we couldn't stay longer. If you're looking for a SUPER clean, modern, comfortable option, that's the place. Also, people working there are super friendly and willing to help. Very close to restaurants, markets, and the weekend night market (which is great!). Loved it.

Review 19：Unfortunately it was not as quiet as it could due to a group of locals sitting in front of a bar / massage parlor opppsite of the hotel, chatting loudly ALL night ( til 7 am in the morning). Maybe it was due to the fact that we stayed there on a busy weekend night ?

Review 25：Big room with TV, fridge, toiletries and really friendly owner. Just like in the pictures! We had heavy luggage and we were helped by the owner to bring them in the room. Also we received a room to the first floor although we booked superior room (i did not noticed there is no elevator when booked) which was great. We received answers to all questions and recommendations for site visiting and eating. Although there is no breakfast option you can find free toasts and coffee at the reception every morning :)

All in all, it is a pretty good place to stay: This hotel is very well located: 5min walk from the night market, 10min walk from the ferry station to Lanta and Phi Phi The staff is really nice and helpfull: they called our hotel on Ko Jum to manage a pick up from the ferry, and gave us all good place to see in Krabi in one night The room is big, clean, modern. All you need. You get free breakfast, simple yet good enough for the price yoi pay.

Our host Joe was really nice and recommended us where to go and eat. There are several (night)markets and bars around. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and would stay here the next time I'm in Krabi.

Made some phone calls to book our tour (advised us the right tour agency for the 7 island tour, namely lucky last bar Travel. Pick the longtail boat; its a smaller group).

Review 69：Perfect location in Krabi to get to all the local highlights of the town on foot,and just a few minutes walk from the pier where you can get boats to the places further afield. Best part of this hotel was the fantastic cheery receptionist who was exceptionally helpful in giving us maps and directions and advice on our trip, and help with booking our onwards journey. The rooms were clean, luxurious, there was free tea and coffee in the foyer...and the hotel price was barely more than a backpacker hostel. I highly recommend this hotel. Make sure you pay a visit to the wonderful massage ladies next door - again very friendly and excellent service.

Review 71：The hotel is very well located. It is close to the Night Marker, Cultural Market, river walk and the bus to Aonang. The staff was really helpful. There is a pier very close that can take you to places like Riley beach. Rooms were really nice and internet worked well.
