Review 1：Room was very small in the kitchen bathroom area. Bathroom sink was in kitchen area. AC unit was in the wall in a location that made being in the room very uncomfortable.
Review 2：The pool was nice
Review 3：The room smelled damp and the maid covered it up every day with a deodorizing cleaner. Young children running around stomping their feet upstairs every night with no supervision and no motel employee stopping them. This went on until 1 o'clock in the morning, each night.
Review 4：I think a bit over priced for the size of the rooms, the beds were extreamly firm and the floors always felt like they had sand on them. Maybe each room should have a little broom and dust pan. Also, no ventilation made the room smell musty do we had to keep the door open for fresh air.

Review 17：Adam is an AWESOME Manager! Very honest, humble, and sincere in ensuring that his customers are comfortable. If there is a concern he immediately directs his staff to take care of the issue. His maintenance staff is wonderful and very respectful. Jerry is very knowledgeable about where to get good food. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay immensely. The motel is truly walking distance from the beach.

Review 22：My family and I have been going to Wildwood for many years and the previous 3 years were disappointing when it came to our hotel stay. Poor service, dirty rooms and rude staff were common and for a lot of money to boot. The Aztec was what Wildwood used to be like. The staff was super friendly; rooms were very clean and inviting. The pool area and balcony’s were clean with plenty of chairs and tables. We had an end unit and with the ocean only a block away you could see the water. Very close to the boardwalk and stores. Great location, clean and friendly staff at a great price makes for a fun happy stay!

Review 24：I block from the ocean with the wonderful feeling of an unique motel .One block from the beach. I would stay again, in fact hoping to next summer for a longer stay. Coffee and cookies for breakfast. One of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in.

Review 36：This wasn't the motels fault but the family above us was extremely disrepectful and let their kids run around all hours of the day/night. It literally sounded like a stampede was happening above us. We complained three times, they never stopped.

It was quiet and peaceful at night if that's what you're looking for. The hotel staff were all so friendly and helpful. Debbie at the front desk was great from the moment we arrived and the owners, Jeannette and Adam were very gracious and helpful our entire visit. The room was CLEAN and adorable, which is a big deal for us. Loved the wicker decor and seashore colors. I recommend the second floor, pool side. There is a great sun deck right out the door which we enjoyed very much. It was a lovely visit. We will return for sure! : )

Review 56：Floors are not carpeted and there was grit/dirt on them from day one. Ineffective maid service. Crevices around the Light switch located outside of the bathroom was filled with dirt. Bathroom sink tilted downward which caused everything to fall into the sink or the floor. Bathroom wall next to the toilet was stained with unknown substance during our entire stay.
