Review 1：They had to switch our room because the power had been out, the pool was nasty and green with rocks in it and there was a hole in the wall in our new room. There was also holes in the walls.

Review 2：The bed was comfortable and the bar was nice.

Review 3：Asked for for xtra pillows never got them after being told we would get them rightaway. Also found hair in the bathtub drain.

Review 5：Poor air quality, no shower curtain or door, grimy chairs, noisy plumbing, could hear neighbors, strangers opened door to my room while I was in bed because staff gave wrong room and they was no security latch on door.

Review 7：Stains on the carpet everywhere. Couldn't sit in chair in room. Looked liked someone had soiled themselves on it. Swimming Pool was green. You couldn't swim in it. Looked like they didn't put any money into the property.

Review 9：There were no towels in our room, we were told they had not been washed yet - that was at 5.30pm when we arrived!! The Air Con wasn't working, the whole building was really hot. There was no hot water, just luke warm. The carpets around reception and the stairs are filthy and full of stains. They advertise a pool, but it was closed. The chairs in our room were very badly stained, no way could we sit on them. There was a dirty facecloth left in our bathroom.

Review 11：I didn't like how everything wasn't working properly from the sink leaking the condition the shower and room overall. There is alot of work that needs to take place in those rooms. Very disappointed. Looked nothing like what I saw online.

Review 13：Front desk person, was dressed in a dirty tank top, on his cell phone, never did address me. THE POOL IS BROKEN. The front desk persons, said this to a woman who asked, "that F'ing thing has been broken for a MONTH! and it still aint fixed."

Review 14：This place was awful, they were having some kind of naming ceremony and the noise was so bad you couldn't hear yourself think let alone sleep. When I did get to sleep golf balls kept hitting the door to the room wakening me up. We checked in late 10:30 and kids were running up and down the hall screaming. There were no glasses in the room to get a drink in order to take medicine, no coffee pot, the TV did not work, the bed had a hole in the middle and I had to throw myself out of it in the morning. Stay away from this place go down the highway another couple miles to some very nice properties. Couldn't wait to leave this place!

Review 16：The place was filthy, lights didn't work, pool had been closed since mid March for health code violations, hallways smelled of puke, Noone would ever answer phone at front desk, Noone at desk to check you out. Would sleep in my car before ever staying here again.

Review 18：room down the hall people were smoking weed, got woke up at 1am with loud people and disturbances. We got dressed and left and demanded a refund. Will never stay there again. They cared more about the bar people than the customers they had there trying to get rest. Pool was "broke" and the game room was a joke. Disappointed is a understatement.

Review 19：I couldn't tell staff from guests. Nobody had uniform or name tag. Found the desk clerk in the bar after looking for her more than 10 mins. While checking me in she conversed with 2 young girls that were cussing and carrying on inappropriate conversations. Tried to tell the GM the next day but he was not interested.

Review 21：Untrained staff never at the front desk. reserved a king room was given a queen bed, when I asked I was told kings were more. Thankfully I had printed my confirmation email when I showed the staff they did finally give me a king.

Review 25：didnt even have a key for my room since "they were being updated", stains on the towels, dried wax or Luke stain on carpet, broken curtains, used shampoo, dirty coffee maker with no coffee to even make more, dirty carpet with particles on ever corner and behind night stand, disgusting crooked bed skirt, light switch on wall didn't work, dried liquid on walls next to fridge... I could go on and on. Most disgusting place I've EVER stayed at

Review 26：Pool wasn't open due to filter problems, beds were too high for a small child to get on, fridge and microwave wasn't plugged in. Wifi not secured.

Review 27：The staff was super friendly and helpful! They have a very well behaved dog that is super friendly as well. They went out of their way to help me and my granddaughter have a comfortable stay. Rooms were big and warm, beds comfortable and clean. Lots for the kids to do, games, putt putt golf, pool (when it's open). Overall it's a nice place to stay and comfortable.

Review 28：Our room smelled like the the bed had been used for a toilet. We immediately went to the front desk and asked fir a refund which still has not appeared on my credit card. Stay away at all costs!

Review 29：The motel had a bar and a pool with hot tub. The staff was very friendly and acomodating while I was there. The drinks were very reasonably priced and the food was good! I would definitely recccomend Boarders and I will stay there again

Review 30：The keys didn't work for the room so we were moved to a different room. The room did not look like the pictures online at all. She shower drain looked filthy. The bedding looked stained and was torn. I was not impressed at all. Then again that's probably why the price is so cheap.

Review 36：The appearance of staff was poor,there was a dog jumping in the counter at check in.the pool looked dirty. The room had water stains in the ceiling. There were kids running through the hotel that belonged to the staff. Curtains in the room didn't cover the windows i felt like you could see in the room. We had to fix the box spring if the bed so we didn't sink under the headboard.

Review 40：The cost was triple the usual cost for a weekend night, the air conditioner didn't work & it was 80°,plugins couldn't keep plugs in, carpets filthy,trash left on floor from previous customers, light over sink doesn't work, bathroom tiles loose, bed looked like someone had been on it, no working ice machine, some brown substance on bathroom wall,only one washcloth in room, no ice bucket in room, light switches so filthy we were afraid to touch, whole motel needs good cleaning, mold in and around tub. I told owner/manager all of this & he said it sounded like a housekeeping issue. No offer to change room or clean. Said he would fix air conditioner, but never came to room.

Review 79：I booked this as the Oasis of Lincoln but it had changed management and was now Boarders. They were renevating their rooms. They should have closed down and reopened! I was in one room that was marginal with cleanliness and I couldn't get online. This was a business trip and I needed to hear from the office and clients via email. So they changed my room. All they had was a handicap room; which I could have lived with but there was a urine odor and NO HEAT!! I was going to stay 4 nights; I checked out after one!!!! Take this off your list until hotel is done with renovations!!!

Review 80：The front desk staff were nice and tried to be accomodating but could not help b/c of rooms being renovated they had no where to put me when I had to change rooms.

Review 81：The place is under renovation. Our room was supposed to be 2 doubles andone bed was missing. They moved us. The non-smoking room smelled ofsmoke. The linens were a "grey" colored and soiled withstains. The pillow was incredibly disgusting. I requested they stripeverything and give us new linens that look like new. I am not sure ifwe were supposed to have breakfast, but we had none. No handicap access.Had to drag luggage up steep stairs. Extremely terrible!!

Review 83：The description when I originally booked it wasn't accurate. Theydon't have a continental breakfast, no room service, no g&rgarden restaurant (according to a staffer it hadn't been there foryears) the game room wasn't operational (painting) and the hot tubwasn't functional. The room was ok at best. There was a bit of moldin the shower, cracked tile, and the back lights behind the beddidn't work at first. I found plenty of dust and stains on the boxspring/mattress when moving it to plug in the electrical cord tomake the lights work. Frankly they were over priced for what theyoffered because half the stuff was either non-functional or non-existent. Not worth the money I spent. Would have gone elsewhere but thewedding I was attending happened to fall on a Husker football gamedaythat weekend, so going to another hotel wouldn't have been possibleas they were full-up.

My son and I had come to see a Nebraska football game did notarrive till after midnight all motels sold out so we had no otheroptions. Outside Motel had no signage and felt unsafe with peoplehanging outside the attached bar.
