Review 1：Door could not be locked from inside. Room was super hot like sauna. Lights did not work. AC was broken and was falling apart. Staff already knew about the issues with the room still was up for booking.

Review 3：The "non smoking" room smelled like a chimney. I had to wash my cloths twice to get the smell of the smoke out! Yeah, the smell was really bad and they were booked out so I didn't even ask to be moved to a different room.

Review 5：Having a pool was a selling feature when we booked. We were very disappointed to find that it was filthy, and there was a walker lying at the bottom of it. Breakfast room attendant had a terrible cough and had his dog in there. Sad to see so much styrofoam used. Compostable plates, cups and utensils are both inexpensive and widely available.

Review 6：Check in was a snap. Front desk folks were awesome and professional. The PM guys forgot to tell us about breakfast. The AM staff person Jadean was wonderful.

Review 7：Not a place l was comfortable having kids. The picture on the Internet was not of the room we stayed in. Dumpster diving in the trash outside our room on the second floor before checkout time. Cigarette burns on the bathroom floor, etc.

Review 8：The room was supposed to be non smoking but reeked of smoke and so did our luggage after spending 12 hrs there. It was dirty,dog biscuits under the dresser, microwave and coffee maker tray dirty. One bed didnt have a mattress cover on and the mattress was dirty. We didnt want to take our shoes off.

Review 11：The room was obviously older. Minimum amenities and the carpet was due for a cleaning, but I wasn't totally grossed out. Most importantly the bed was comfy so I slept well. The staff was all super friendly. I would stay there again.

Review 40：This was a shocking disappointment compared to all of the other hotels Ihave booked, sight unseen, through Hotels.com and Travelocity. Thishotel was a dive! It had some very scary looking people hanging aroundthe office (outside) and around the hotel rooms themselves. The roomdoor was made out of very thin wood and wouldn't open or close properly.The curtain on the side window was very see-through. There were missinglight bulbs. It was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. Wewould never have stayed there had the write-up and pictures not misledus on your site.
