Review 1：Yes, the room was mentioned as budget, however I would have expected a television set and one mini couch for relaxing when retiring after a hectic business day.

Review 4：Dave was a really nice host. He knows very well his region and gave is good advise for our trip. Very charming apt with a balcony in front of the sea. Very clean and the area is quite and peaceful.

Review 8：The location in Simonstown allows for an easy early sunrise visit of the Cape; we had only the choice of the small room on the garage level, having only basic facilities but is also very cheap. If this does not matter for 1-2 days, it is great. Same level as the parking. Barbecue on a veranda.

Review 14：We stayed at Seagetaway Cottages during our last days in Cape Town, and we could not get the end of our stay more perfect. Dave was such a great host and helped us with everything. He even gave us a drive to the parking at Cape Point and under the drive he stopped and told us a lot of thing and pointed out where to go and what everything was. Perfect. He also gave us good tips about which restaurants we could go to, and we ended up with a great last dinner in South-Africa. About the room: It was one of the best room in that price class we had on our trip. It was huge enough for us, it was clean and had everything we needed. The little outdoor area was also perfect, with a great view over the ocean.
Review 15：*Needed a television - even if a small one. *Needed something to make coffee in - a press coffee pot would do. *A small tiny bar of soap was not enough for 6 days. Also, only one roll of toilet paper could make a guest a little insecure. *In general, the place could have been outfitted a little more.

Review 18：The beautiful two-storeyed house with a garden. In the house there is everything that it is possible to wish.for stay for some days, traveling around the country. The house is perfectly decorated . The beautiful hall, perfectly equipped kitchen the TV equipment, the Internet...-in total!!! Very hospitable and benevolent owners. They with pleasure help in the order activities and advise that it is better to look how to plan time
Review 19：Very nice cottage with an amazing view and a beautiful garden. The owner was very helpful and we found more then enough trips to take with the children to keep us occupied for a week. Cape Town was easily accessible. We would definitely book here again if we ever go back to the area.
Review 20：Nothing really. If you were really set on an unimpeded view of the sea the hedge might annoy you somewhat but in the dark all views are equal.

Review 43：we booked for 5 adults, the bed in the living room was not great, there where only 4 chairs(one has to sit on the table) there where 4 glasses. but if you book for 4 persons then it is a nice cottage (the mobile network is horrible, but that has nothing to do with the cottage)

The views were awesome and I loved waking up to the sunrise. Being away from the town meant a perfect quiet location with everything available that you could possibly need in a holiday cottage
