Review 1:We were in the North Tower and there was a much easier way to get there but it was not explained to us. My husband figured out the parking lot and elevator was close to the room. Otherwise, it was a long walk. The room was cleaned but only marginally. The elevator was dirty. The internet did not work because we were too far from the main area.

Review 2:Only negative was my room location, it was next to an ice machine. In addition outside our room inbetween the two buildings there was a dumpster that was uitlized thru- out the night & was loud when items where thrown-in. Aside from that it was a great experience & i will return.

Review 5:We were able to check in early for spa treatments at 11am. This allowed us all day access to the spa and a guest room to retreat to for a break.

Review 6:Well I called the office because when we were booking the room, it said the rooms had a Keurig machine. Ours didn't. But when I called, she brought me one. Then we were sold. Outstanding.

Review 12:At the time of reservations no option to choose one king or two Kings so when I call the hotel to confirm I only needed one king I was told because of the way I book the hotel that I would get to kings I don't think it was necessary for the agent to refer because of the way I book itbottom line it doesn't matter how I booked it I stay there so it shouldn't matter

Review 13:How long it to an employee to get things done. It was more so this hotel was about money than about making sure each customer was happy. Also upon check out was crazy, needs to be more organizated. Also the parking for hotel guest was ridiculous. More close parking for casino members than it was for customers staying at the hotel.

Review 22:We stayed at north wing- rooms were nice but we were next to the parking lot which had a continuous loud blower noises from 11pm-1am?? Not sure if it was a snow blower machine but was annoying. The most disappointing event was Oceano and I would give this portion a 1 as we went late ( 8pm) and had to wait 40 minutes for a table as we were doing AYCE sushi. Restaurant wasn't even packed and a bunch of waiters standing around and we still had to wait a while for drinks and our food?? Our waiter seemed flustered while other waiters were not busy. I realized they were closing at 9:30 so we were their last patrons so I get it that it has been a long day so I gave them some slack. Never again wiill my family attend at this time. We were all hyped up but was super let down by the wait and service. I would recommend oceano mgmt be aware of waiters who are busy and help out as oppose to standing around and waiting to get off. On the other hand, cafe Milano was great! We went twice for breakfast!

Review 23:Casino floor was nice and had lots of slot machine options and the drink reps were very attentive although I didn't order drinks but noticed they were around a lot even in remote areas of the casino floor so kudos for them! The rooms were nice and comfy.

Review 24:I wasn't greated with a happy birthday. When I checked in. No one seem to notice. It would of been nice. Since I checked in on my birthday.

Review 26:They kept some snacks in a tray and minibar in the room . I and my wife had some of the snacks and later found a small note that they will be charged in the hotel bill . Amount will be charged 45 secs from when we take the snack from the tray even if they doesn't use them .My request is please inform this to customers during chevon so people will be aware of them

Review 28:There was no soundproofing and we were kept awake by those next door and above as well as in the corridor. The standard of the bedding and bathroom was shabby.

Review 29:We had a Tuscany Suite. It was luxurious and amazing. The food at the restaurants was really good. Would definitely stay again and I don't even gamble. AND we were on a no smoking floor. Awesome.

Review 30:Lovely room, very nice meal at the island buffet, really nice fitness center followed by steam room AND, most of all, every staff member I came across was wonderful!! Kind, genuine, helpful and pleasant.

Review 37:The Peppermill actually gives a fair opportunity to win money, or at least allows one to be entertained for several hours while not losing their shirt. Good food is always available should one arrive late in the evening and need something to eat. Staff is always polite and courteous. We had to leave early because of the impending storm but plan on returning just to gamble and enjoy the hospitality of the Peppermill.

Review 38:I think the furniture is a little beat up. The wood on all the pieces looked really bad and for the price, I did not expect that. We were not satisfied with the food experience at the cafe or the Ocean restaurant. I was truly disappointed, again that the quality of the hotel and the money I spent that the food was not something that I can speak positively about.

Review 40:heater didn't warm up room I called front desk nobody came. I fainted and husbands heart wasn't good, felt better after opening the windows and door. we were staying in the old rooms, never again

Review 41:I was on 3rd floor of the Peppermill Tower and the noise level from the outside HVAC was a bit too loud. It ran constantly since i believe it was for the facility. not a particular room. It seems this row of rooms is at the same level as these adjacent roof top HVAC units.

Review 43:Saturday Bunch Buffet left a lot to be desired! Finding the location of our room was tricky, a maid was even stumped. Having to pay "resort" fees for things we didn't use seems like a waste (on our part)!!

Review 54:Great get away for my birthday went to the Edge Night Club and Luke took great care of us. Got locked out of my room and Dennis in security went above and beyond to get me back in. Great weekend!!

Review 56:Great location, many "quite good" and reasonably priced restaurants on this resort like property. We had 3 rooms of kids, and their kids, so was great to just let them run their own shows. We come here every year to bring the whole family together, planned around Thanksgiving Dinner with my Sister, a RENO resident. Check-in Staff are friendly and excellent.

Review 57:Snacks on the dresser get bumped or moved they are sensor activated so it will charge your room. They should be put in another location.

Review 66:My bad experience was visiting the Atlantis Hotel Casino. The smoke was so thick, one should have a gas mask just to visit the casino. Place stinks and after just walking through the slot area, my clothes stunk from the cigarette odor.

Review 67:We had a great time. The beds were super comfy. Looooved the pillows. Fire alarm was chirping when we arrived. We called and it was fixed by the time we returned to.our room.

Review 68:on west wing had to walk outside too far away from hotel casino, ask for room close to lobby & still did not get a room close . I had to take a shower in cold water it was not even warm in the shower. I am sorry to complain but I was the one in the group who wanted Peppermill but I will not ask again. Rooms are too far away & you must go outside not acceptable to me again.

Review 69:Restaurant coffee was as weak as could be, terrible but at the coffee bar, it was $3.50 per cup and was very good, but not cheap by any means. Beds were not very comfortable, saggy, felt like old mattresses.

Review 70:Slots paid well if you took your profits and left. If you stayed to increase your loot, you usually didnt.

Review 71:Cleaning needs to be done a little better. For example the nxt day when we left the room to do fun things & when we got back. Everything else looked clean & done except when I walked into the bathroom. Hair on the floor all over the place. Maybe the maid forgot to sweep or maybe it's not in the plans to sweep but I think it should be done. Thanks

Review 73:the heating unit was not working in our room, and the room temperature was at 61 F. we called the front office and the send someone to work on the heating system at 3:45 A.M. and the unit was not working properly. When I asked to give us a new room they told me that they are sorry. There no more room left.

Review 89:We had probably the worst room on their property. Low floor facing the garbage dumpster. We were just spending the night and didn't want to pay more to upgrade our room. The room was also loud, we could hear the people next door.

Review 90:The pool and fitness facilities are very nice. We had an enjoyable dinner in the upstairs bar. The bartender was really nice. It is near the airport and easy to access from the highway. The room price was low.

Review 91:The cigarette smoke is more pungent than I anticipated (non-smoker). I suggest requesting a room with a view of the pool and not the parking lot.

Are room we did change so we could have a smoking room but my wifes parents room was not reserved and my father inlaw almost had to sleep on a rollaway bed. Review 122:I have stayed in this hotel many times before but I have never stayed in the north wing until this visit. It was a total pain. I had to take one elevator up to the 3rd floor then I had to walk across a skywalk to the other building then I had to walk up some stairs to my floor and then down another long hallway. After working all day and with my luggage and work bags it was way too much trouble. I won't stay here again.

Review 123:Front desk would not reassign me to another room when the shower was not working. It was at 4:30 am and I needed to leave soon. How can a hotel be sold out when the parking lot is almost empty and most of the place looks like a ghost town?
