Review 3：The hairdryer above the toilet with the short cord was awkward. Really no place to sit in the room except at the desk or on the bed. I think a few light bulbs were burned out but it was not a big problem.

Review 4：The staff was very helpful and friendly! The location is the best for accessing the downtown core and the location along the riverfront is outstanding. Breakfast was the usual European style and very nice; the onsite restaurant was very convenient!

Review 13：Wifi did not work (however at the same time most of the city was without so it was probably just unfortunate event). Same staff works in bar/restaurant and in hotel reception so service may be slow. There is not enough lighting in the room for work.

Review 15：The entrance was a bit hard to find at first, but the place itself was very nice, modern and clean. The location was just perfect - despite being in the center of the night life, it was quite at night. They organized a gluten-free breakfast for me, that was really awesome! Thank you!

Review 20：My room overlooked a walkway under a bridge which was pretty grimy and quite busy even at night. Of all the hotels on this strip, I would say this one has the least favourable location. There are a couple of nice hotels on this strip, but not too far down the road the area gets a bit run down. Although I found this off-putting initially, it ended up not being an issue.

Review 21：The hotel's proximity to the town centre is great. Very easy to walk from here. The Hotel's proximity to nice river-front restaurants and the oldest noble grape vine made for a lovely dinners and drinks. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Review 22：Our room was at the first floor and in the back, so we had no nice view and it was quite dark because there is a bridge next to it. But if you just stay there for a short time you might don't mind.

Review 28：Unser Zimmerfenster war zu einer Brücke ausgerichtet, die direkt davor verlief. So konnten alle Leute, die über die Brücke gegangen sind in unser Zimmer sehen. Aber es gab schöne Vorhänge zum vorziehen.

Review 29：Sehr gute und zentrale Lage, direkt an der Drau. Nettes Personal. Der Aufenthalt war sehr unkompliziert, wir konnten bereits vor 14 Uhr einchecken und auf Anfrage auch erst nach 11 Uhr auschecken. Zimmer sind schön und sauber. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig.

Review 44：We stayed in a standard room which is really small (and according to evacuation plan, that I've found in our room, all are the same size). There's no space for additional bed, and we even had to move existing beds a little bit, to insert the baby cot we've brought by ourselves. So, if you're traveling with a small kid and don't intend to share your queen size bed with it, you should try some other place or think about one of two suites they offer!

Review 45：Even the place is next to one of the city's busiest bridges, the walls and windows are extremely sound proof. The whole place is very modern; beds are large and comfortable, with nice and new pieces of linen. The breakfast is very nice (we were even offered a glass of champaigne)! Location is 5min walk to the city center.

Review 60：No river view from within building but pleasant outside terrace adjacent to the bar. The brown suite has no privacy; clear view of WC and bidet in bedroom. Suite room windows on a level with the pedestrians on the bridge. Little thought has gone into the details and practicalities with minor irritations like only 1 coat hanger in wardrobe, no place to put the shampoo (and none provided), no normal mirror.

Review 61：We easily found (look out for signs on road) this small hotel beside the river near the town centre. Great welcome with excellent motorcycle parking in a quiet courtyard. Help with luggage. Lift, air conditioning, helpful staff. Ultra modern no expenses spared conversion of an old building beside the bridge. Very clean minimalist design with extremely comfortable proper double bed. Spa bath in suite room was marvellous; really clean and worked well ... absolute bliss. Both suites are actually luxury doubles. They have lovely spa baths (in the bedroom) no separate sitting room. The red suite is smaller, but has a separate wash room with WC, basin, bidet & shower. The brown suite is larger but has no privacy; within the room is a bath and two basins. A glass wall and non functional glass door encloses the shower, WC & bidet. Wonderful romantic getaway.

Review 98：Many failings - lack of email communication (no reply at all for weeks), in the room there where missing toilet paper, glasses, hangers. Breakfast -VERY poor. There were using the lift like the laundry-room (elevator was full of bed linen on both days we were there) Location -the windows of the hotel rooms watching the cars parked under the stone bridge. Th only good thing was the receptionist/waitress who did her best.

The location by the river and close to the old town is great. The rooms are reasonable priced and well worth it. Breakfast is basic but nice and the bread was really good. There is an Irish Pub with good food just behind the hotel.

Review 101：The soap was empty, we had to use the shower gel for hand wash. The breakfast was a little poor and the ham, cheese were ran out very quickly and it was not refilled.

Review 114：the link from booking dot com to the website for hotel lent was very good but i think one of the lovely things in the hotel was eating breakfast on the terace overlooking the drava river. i think the hotel should have a photo of customers on the terrace with the river in the background.

Review 115：the thing i liked most about hotel lent was how the staff treated us. it is a small hotel and it felt very homely. it felt as if the staff would do anything to help us enjoy our stay over and above what was needed for the service they provide. for example my i phone charger was not compatible with the socket in the room but the staff allowed me easy access to the computer in reception to charge the phone. or on the day we left the owner insisted in bringing us to the train station. id highly recommend this hotel for personal service.
