Review 1：Wake-up call forgotten. Highly complex process to get an invoice with a foreign company name on in.
Review 2：Most important: Very new and everything in very good condition. Location good as well. Breakfast good (for Brazilian standards). Price really low.
Review 3：We were told online that there would be English speaking people on the desk but it was very frustrating when we arrived to find they didn't understand a word we said.
Review 4：I liked most everything about this hotel, it's very modern, comfortable and classy in a city that isn't known for its classy hotels, and the price was that high in comparison to the other hotel in town and definitely much better than the comfort suites next door and cheaper, we simply loved this place!

Review 23：The staff is not prepareid to work with booking.com I make basic request as high floor, without carpet and no smook room. They doesn´t provide high floor or carpet free room. When i complaint they told me that booking.com doesnt share this information. And didn´t change my room for one with some this requisit. The door locker wasn´t working and the shower stopcock fall down on my hands. Im team leader of huge company and for sure doesn´t will back there either my international team.
