Review 1：This was our first time at this hotel, so no bad experiences to report.

Review 4：Upon arrival our room wasn't satisfactory and they upgraded us immediately without hesitation. The Wifi was excellent. Ample free parking was very convenient. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Review 5：The walls were paper thin and you could literally hear everything, everywhere. It was incredibly noisy and I was unable to sleep.

Review 7：It is never good to argue with customers especially when the customer is right. I decided to stay another night and arranged for that in the morning. Later that evening the assistant manager calls my room, claiming she can't find my reservation for that night. I would need to come back down to repeat the extremely cumbersome process I went through earlier that day. I assured her that I was a guest for another night. She kept insisting I come down but I told her to contact the General Manager, he would clear up the issue since he was there that morning witnessing the process. She still insisted that even after speaking with the GM, I would STILL need to come down. Ten minutes later she calls back, apologizes and blames another colleague for the whole mishap.

Review 9：Headboard detached from the wall and almost fell on my co-works head. Also, I was not able to get a speciality coffee in the morning. You were out of espresso.

Review 13：Staff was great, however, the facility is poorly designed. We stayed on the 2nd floor, but had to rely on the elevator as there is no access by stairs to any of the floors. Strange noises occurred all throughout the night.

Review 28：The wifi speeds were usually around a slow, but usable 2 Mbps during most of my stay. However, the speed dipped quite a bit during prime time every day and dramatically on saturday of my stay to an almost unusable degree.

My sheets were dirty & housekeeping argued with me before she changed them. Who sells a bacon cheeseburger & doesn't serve fries??!! Very loud because it has structural issues.

Terrific variety and amount available, but in terms of quality, the eggs were watery, the fresh fruit mix seemed to all be sitting in mandarin orange juice, and flavored coffee creamer might be a nice option. But overall, would totally stay here again!

Review 46：I didn't like the constant popping sounds coming from the windows and swooshing noises from ceiling. I spoke with the GM of the property and he mentioned there's a structural defect with the building and there's nothing that can be done about it. I asked the GM if you could help me find another Hyatt property to stay at in Denver and he replied that his property is independently owned and the I guess the others nearby were corporate owned. So I assume, he considered the other Hyatt properties as competitors and unwilling to help me. I had a 5 night stay and my first visit to Denver - didn't leave a good first impression.

Review 47：The location is great and the hotel was clean and comfortable and breakfast service was above average.

Review 48：The walls are thin & the door to the hall has a sizeable gap at the bottom (it's likely not very insulated) - you can hear everything going on in the hall & neighboring rooms. Also there was candy sprinkled under my bedside table. The breakfast leaves a great deal to be desired from a quality & temperature standpoint. One of the staff told me they have higher quality food if you order off the menu. I would rather be charged a few dollars more for my room & have a higher quality breakfast.

While I liked the selection and the setting for the continental breakfast, much of the food was bland, hard, and cold. Our stay was a couple days and we went to McDonald's the second morning. I was really disappointed.

Review 68：We called to inform the hotel about a late arrival and when we got there we were given a king bed with a pull out couch instead of the 2 queen bed room we had reserved. The staff was rude and didn't even offer a refund of the $20 difference in the room price since we didn't book directly with them.

Review 69：It was difficult to get my room cleaned during my stay. I had pets, worked during the day and by the time I returned to the room there was no housekeeping staff. I stayed for nearly 3 wks but only had the room cleaned twice.

Review 83：Upon arriving we asked for a room with a mountain view and the girl at the desk said okay and chuckled. When we got to the room there was no mountain view. After a day out we got back to our room at 4:00PM and the room had not been serviced yet. Shortly thereafter the staff showed up to do the room and we said she would have to wait a half hour because we were getting dressed to go out. She stated if that was the case then we should call the front desk; SHE was going home. We had observed her sitting in one of the rooms watching TV as we were coming back to or room. When we notified the desk the manager said she was allowed to watch TV and someone would take care of the room. The next day she banged on our door at 0800 to do the room. I also was treated poorly when I bought a cup of coffee at the bar area. The woman working complained about not being given sufficient change to do her job so I told her the loose change wasn't necessary.

Review 85：Shower drain placed in the front under shooter had was great, however, the shower for was designed for drain in the middle. This caused a lake to form in the shower. Breakfast was OK, but would have been nice to have a waffle iron to use. Waffles were brought out from the kitchen. Big breakfast crowd.

Review 98：Made the reservation on Sunday night for Monday and Tuesday nights with the understanding I would pay at the hotel. When I showed-up on Monday afternoon, I was shown as a "no show". The desk clerk would not verify the rate. Wanted a credit card swipe for "incidentals". When I went to check out on Wednesday morning, the front desk presented me with a bill for the room only for about $240 more than the original amount booked. My credit card had been billed for a "no show amount. The desk finally printed me a "final bill" for the original booking amount. A second posting to my credit card brought my payment amounts to the original booking. Very sloppy - not per your website claim.

Review 100：The staff took forever to get their attention, room was not worth the money and their breakfast was not good. They used prefrozen sausages and waffles tasted like complete batter and hard Luke warm food. For the amount per night was dissatisfied with there overall.

Review 114：The hotel and rooms were very spacious. Great views of the mountains (west) or the sunrise (east) from the rooms. Wifi was free with decent speeds. TV had connectivity for personal entertainment devices like Roku, Chromecast, etc. Good location, tucked away on a major road; good eats nearby, close enough to the city. Friendly and courteous staff.

I was not made aware that they would place a hold of funds on thatcard (this is not the one that I was going to use at check-out), becauseof this, it added a great amount of confusion and frustration when beingdeclined by my "spending" account at various restaurants andshops. I know this may be standard... But it would be courtesy to let aguest know that this "hold" happens and be up front about it.It was my first time with this experience and I wasn't pleased.
