Review 1：- On the arrival day we requested 2 bikes and they told us they only have 1 (the other one had something broken). After we told them we want to use the bikes on the next day in the morning they promise to get them ready. At 9h30am of the next day, they give us a bike in a really bad condition, with more rust than a wreck and without any way to park (if not in a wall). With almost 20h to get the bikes "fixed", they didn't even bother to take 2 good bikes to fill the tires (it was the only problem they had). - An agency with whom we booked a tour, left us a message in the reception and they didn't deliver us any message, because we "left in the afternoon to have dinner" and we "weren't in the room". - When we left to the tour (5am) we found the receptionist sleeping in a mattress in the reception and a security sleeping in another mattress behind one of the couches of the lobby. - The pool only have sun in the morning, until 9h30 or so, the pool chairs don't have mattresses (very uncomfortable) and are to heavy to move with the sun light. - At 8am most of the breakfast variety was already finishing and they don't replace (fruit, cheese, cakes, ....)

Review 6：Staff is awesome and friendly. Room needs to be remodel because things is falling apart. Rooms has little ants that keep crawling even after being sprayed. AC only comes on high when there's a lot of customers. Other than that everything else is ok.

Review 7：Air con was not very cool but the staff did everything to make sure we were comfortable and offered us another room. The hotel is a 30 minute walk to attractions or about $1-2 USD by taxi, but location had many Vietnamese restaurants around and was a quiet and relaxing spot.

Review 8：Very clean and comfortable room with great service from the staff. Staff helped us to book our bus and were very helpful with information about Can Tho attractions. Rooftop pool was great. Breakfast had a lot of Asian cuisine and a little western food, but enough for us. Wifi worked well. Great experience all round.

Review 11：Our room had little ants crawling around the table. Got a little annoyed. The bathroom towels were a bit too harsh.. Could of been softer. The gym is way too small and only had a couple of equipment. Breakfast selection was mostly the same everyday.

Review 12：The hotel itself is gorgeous with pretty intetior design. We had a double queen bed which was very comfortable. The hotel was built in 2013 so it's still fairly new. It has a pool upstairs that could be very relaxing. But not that big. Free breakfast every morning with friendly staff. Breakfast begins at 6-9:30am. Try to go early for more selection of food. house keeping was cleaned every day between the time of 8am and up. Located right in the local market takes a couple of walks down to the right, which starts early around 4-5AM that sells food and fresh produce.

Review 13：We did not like the doorman, who after taking our bags to our room, gave us his private contact details to help us book a sampan boat trip. It's one thing to offer advice when tourists ask, it's another to bombard them before they've even asked a question, and to give a strange impression like that. It was weird and so it made us feel weird about him while we stayed at the hotel.

Review 14：The hotel was very quiet and had a nice pool on top of the roof, with good views of Can Tho! Also, the breakfast was wonderful and when we had an issue with our room, we were tended to VERY QUICKLY.

Review 17：Reception staff incompetent. We booked transport to collect us at 3 am to take us to Chau Doc to catch a ferry to Phnom Penh. We juggled times with a woman at the front desk at 6 30 pm on the day of our arrival, 2/12/2014.around with her, I even went to my room to reconfirm the time our boat left. We eventually listened to her advice that we should leave at 3am. She booked part of our party to go by bus to Ho Chi Min city successfully. We left her to do private vehicle booking but she didnt get that far and at 3 am the next morning we had no transport. She insisted we had not confirmed! What on earth were we doing with her for that half hour? The 4 th floor has the massage parlour. It is a brothel with young teenage girls who (according t their spokesperson) are not paid by the hotel and need to secure their own payments for an extra fee on top of the discounted rate that the hotel charges for the massage services. The pimp at the front desk is constantly overseeing things and the girls seem to sleep there too, there was bedding on a floor in one of the rooms. The massage was very good but it costs double to have a massage there as the girls need their tip too. The men in our group were automatically put into single rooms and offered sexual services. Such an important hotel, so many tours stay there. How do they get away with running a brothel so openly?

Review 19：the massage part is actually for "special massage", i.e. the masseuse aren't able to do a massage but they arrive in very very sexy clothes. It was not specified anyware so me and my partner were very suprised and astonished. Breakfast was not fresh and almost nothing left at 8'30 (when supposed to finish at 9'30)

Review 46：Room is very comphortable and very silent, our previos hotel was near noisy street, thats why we moved to this one. Pool is nice, gym also but kind of small. Locaton is in the center of the city. Receprtion is helphul, I like this hotel, if will come back to Can tho, will stay in it again. I would avoid such convenience deals in future and take a better tour deeper into the Mekong away from the main floating market in Can Tho

Review 55：Our room was enormous, by far the largest I've seen in Vietnam. A massive walk-in bathroom, suite area, and while the decor was a bit dated it was comfortable and amazing value for money. Breakfast was also pretty decent, with lots of local foods on offer.

Review 56：The staff was friendly but very confused. It took us 15 minutes to check out since noone seemed to know what to do. English was a problem as well. But since it is a new hotel, I think both of it will improve eventually. Drain in the bathroom smelled really bad and made the whole hotel room smell funny. But that might have just been a problem in our room.

Review 61：It’s a new Hotel, opened autumn 2013. The interior locks used and doesn’t have the quality of a 4 star Hotel. Only one lady at the reception spoke some English, the remaining stuff couldn’t speak English, very poor for a 4 star Hotel. The worst is the bath room. It was stinking terrible from the septic, a real disgusting smell, we just went to the toilet and washed our hands. We had two rooms with a connecting door; both bathrooms had the same disgusting smell. The breakfast buffet was very poor, serving cold French fries, no variety of fresh fruits and juices, no bread selection and so on.

Review 66：Great new hotel. Staff really helpful arranging a special boat trip to Cai Reng floating market to fit in with our early departure for our bus. Room enormous (as was the lobby!) with a FANTASTIC view from 9th floor -we kept curtains open all night to savour the city lights. Great swimming pool

Review 67：The only thing i was not happy about the hotel is the noise. My room faces a disco club which generating very loud music until 1 or 2am. Apart from that, at first night very frequently I heard some strange and loud noises, and eventually i was woke up at 6am by someone sawing in the room above. i complained to the reception and was informed that the hotel has been working on the interior decoration so that its sauna service could open on the next day. after my complain they did stop, but not for long. later i complained two more times, each time they stopped for a while, and then resumed. the second morning i was woke up by the same kind of noise at 6am again! the whole thing was completely beyond my comprehension. Maybe the noise is going to disappear in future, but the way they handled their guest's complain will keep me away if not for ever, at least for quite a long time.
